While evaluating our partner for WhatsApp outreach tool, we met a lot of agencies. What stood-out about QuickReply was their attention to detail. The time they spent in understanding what we do, what our need is and helped us curate right processes and bots. They were very transparent to the core. There was a moment we were not sure because other's promises were challenged strongly but with time, we understood what they meant. 
Their clarity in bot development process was quite strong. Helped us bring our entire process on WhatsApp. The team of Tanisha, Prabal and others (my bad that I forgot the names), have been of tremendous help.

**What do you dislike about QuickReply.ai?**

QuickReply should expand on their services quickly. That will help the customers, else they will struggle with multiple platforms.

Honestly, it just works. The interface is very clean, which made it easy for our team to pick up without needing a long manual. What really impressed me was how smoothly it integrates with our existing setup—usually, these things are a headache, but this was painless.

We've been using QuickReply.ai for over 3 months now and honestly, it's been a great experience. Their chat API is super convenient to use , but what really stood out was the support. The team has literally hand-held us through the whole setup—right from building our chatbot flows to integrating our Facebook, Instagram page and everything in between.

They’ve been super responsive and helpful at every stage. It's rare to find a service that’s not just about the tech but also really invests time in making sure you’re comfortable and getting the most out of it. We had Wati earlier and it was just unbelievably painful to get any response from their team for days.

quick reply is a link to the chat api and not an app.

The team is quick with all support and doubt resolution. They take steps above and beyond to ensure that the entire process is butter smooth. Right from FBM verification to resolving bans and helping to launch the first broadcast. Rahul and Saloni have been of immense help in understanding the whatsapp journey and making it an effective ROI channel by incorporating the right triggers and messages. 

The platform in itself is pretty easy to adapt and gives real-time insight on all whatsapp activities. The team was also supportive with providing hands-on training to our chat support team.

The implementation was done timely even if there were delays on our part. The integration with our shopify website happened in a giffy. And we were also given proper insight on frequency of use of the platform so we can get most out of each campaign.

It's just tech that comes with a little bit of learning curve, but it's still far less complicated than running an ads manager.

At MyHues, we started using QuickReply early on because abandoned cart retention was a challenge for us from the beginning. Having used their service in my previous employment, QuickReply was my first choice for our startup, and it turned out to be the right one.

Their customer support team, especially Rochan and Rinkesh, has been consistently responsive and supportive. Every query, big or small, has been addressed quickly, which made a huge difference during our growth phase. The platform’s UI is intuitive and beginner-friendly, making it easy to manage even if you’re using a WhatsApp CRM for the first time. Results of our abandoned carts Campaigns have been far more effective for us than traditional email retention campaigns.

Highly recommended for bootstrapped startups, QuickReply offers true value for money, not just in terms of functionality, but also with the dedicated support team that’s always ready to help. For me, the best has been the customer service. Saloni Madaan from the team has been extremely prompt, patient and helpful at every stage, be it a doubt or explaining a procedure. 

It’s very rare for someone to be available and take out time for a client on weekends, Saloni has!

Apart from her, Rinkesh Singh has also been of great help!

Well, it’s not really QuickReply, it’s every API application. I dislike the feature of being able to reply only within 24 hours of a chat starting. Apart from that, till now i havent faced any issues as such.
