I appreciate how all SOPs and documentation are well-organised and easily searchable in a single location. Previously, we used shared drives, emails, and Google Docs, which were confusing and difficult to navigate, making it hard to find information. I use it daily for my work. One of my favourite features is real-time collaboration, which allows multiple team members to edit the same page simultaneously. The integration with other Atlassian products, such as JIRA, works seamlessly, which is fantastic since I primarily use JIRA for task management. Sometimes, pages load very late if they have excessive information, and searches are not always accurate. It is sometimes very hard to find the document even if you know the exact keywords. Need to search multiple times before I can find the correct document. I believe search results should be sorted based on the keywords as a priority. Other than that, everything is good. I don't have any major complaints about Confluence at the moment. Everything is working perfectly for me, and I am very happy and satisfied with the experience. What I like most about confluence is how it helps me keep everything organized without overthinking it. It is super easy to use. No need to install anything complicated, just sign in , create a space and start writing, It is as easy to implement. You don’t need to be tech-expert to create a page, format content, or link things together. It feels like writing in a clean online notebook. It fits into most of the workflows without needing a big setup. There’s a lot packed in like templates, macros, page history, comments, permissions, integrations and much more. The help docs are very helpful, and there’s a big community around it to solve all your problems. I always refer to confluence docs when i want to understand any requirement.
