    "A complete collaboration platform that works well for our team: eXo Platform has the full range of tools that we need to share files, ideas, resources and project status information in a streamlined and unified. The layout and design of the different menus and sections is neat and makes things easy to understand. The general look and functionality is not too different from common social media platforms. Our monthly fee per user is not too bad and gives us a good return on investment. Working with the eXo support team, especially during our setup period, was a pleasant experience."

    "Excellent Collaboration Tool: We have used Zimbra for many years and it has only gotten better. It is easy to use and works well. I like the email setup and it has many customization abilities that really help. Contacts are easy to access and update. I also like the calendar share. The calendar share helps when I am out at our remote office.Mostly we use the email portion of the software and it is great. Emails are easy to handle and they are not lost. the user interface is nice but not too much. It is simple to set up and signature and you are able to use different signatures when necessary or desired."

Few developers aren't familiar with the StackOverflow interface and conventions and this makes onboarding a breeze.     "Google Docs + Google Drive + Sheets + Asana = Notion: I love how customizable Notion is. I use it for work and my personal life. Unlike other project management tools, Notion doubles as a really useful note keeper. This is something that I have struggled with while using other apps like Asana which are task oriented. To me, Notion is an all in one. My team uses it for project specific To-do's, storing relevant documents and materials, notes, design system documentation, and questions. I love how in the mobile app you can take a picture and insert it directly into your notes. I found this extremely useful at conferences when I'm taking notes a million miles a minute and taking pics of presentation slides at the same time. I am able to create a page for the conference and a sub-page for each session I attended to keep all of my notes organized and easily accessible. I also use for my personal life as a journal and planner. "

    "Screensteps saved the day!: It's hard to decide if I like the software or the support best. For sure one thing I like is that its so easy to use, even our customers can do it. Setting up a new users is a simple as adding their credentials and sending them an email. Rarely do new users have any questions about what to do. But the support (the two or three times I've needed it) is fantastic. Response times are fast, and only take one request. In word superb."

For a long time we were using powerpoint and word documents littered all around Dropbox to manage SOPs and Policy's at Natural Force (https://naturalforce.com). Enter: Tettra.
