What do you like best about Chati?

What I like most about Chati is how clean and intuitive the platform is. I attend Labroots events regularly, and the experience is always smooth — sessions load quickly, the video quality is reliable, and it’s very easy to move between the agenda, presentations, posters, and resources. What do you dislike about Chati?

There isn’t much I genuinely dislike. The only small thing I notice is that when an event has many sessions running at the same time, it can take me a moment to locate the exact one I want. I enjoy how user friendly chati is . The platform makes it very easy to join and navigate virtual events without any confusion. The interface is clear and well orgnaised and sessions load quickly without buffering. I also like how simple it is to move between presentations, visit virtual booths and interact with the speakers during the sessions. I find Chati incredibly useful for attending webinars related to my interests in genomics, proteomics, and medical fields, providing me with up-to-date industry knowledge. "Facilitate Event Organization with Ease and Speed"
What do you like best about Chati?

I use chat-E for all the events organized by Labroots and I love how easy and intuitive it is to set up the system; I didn't face any difficulty in its configuration. Additionally, Chati significantly helps me with event organization by facilitating the identification of speakers and improving communication with organizers to obtain additional information. I especially appreciate the ease and speed with which I can access online events, and the design of the exhibition at the events is superb, contributing to a positive experience. I find the interface visually appealing, which makes me enjoy using it even more. The ease of handling Chati is another crucial factor that would make me buy it again. Overall, I wouldn't change anything about the software, as I love it in its current state, which is reflected in my willingness to recommend Chati with a rating of 10 out of 10. "Not very easy to maneuver; user interface is not very friendly"
What do you like best about Chati?

It has features that are supposed to be there. Customer support is reasonable, as I had a technical issue at one time, and it was resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chati?

The platform has reasonable features in different sub-windows but the arrangement of these sub-windows is disastrous. All the windows cramp together and very difficult to grab them quickly to hide them, when you know most people want to hide them so they can get right to the presentation. When it gets to the main presentation window, the size is huge and I cannot find the hide or expand bars easily because it was blown out of proportion. If you make our life easier, you should start all sub-windows small, so users can easily hide them or expand them, instead of staggering them altogether, on top of each other. What do you like best about Chati?

The first time I attended an online event using Chati’s online event platform, I was impressed. The interface is very user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Chati’s platforms are customizable. I have attended several conferences and each one had its own unique interface. There were many options such as a chat feature to help network with other attendees, welcome videos, an agenda for the conference, an auditorium for live and pre-recorded presentations, and a hall to view abstracts or documentation.
