What do you dislike about ClickPost?

In my view the new capabilities and products features needs to be there and the monthly or quarterly call about new features with client will be good so that we can leverage the features more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickPost solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Clickpost for AWB generation and tracking for all courier partners. We are using their NDR and NPR as well.

It becomes easy to integrate any courier partner as we don't have to do any changes at our end every time.

What do you like best about ClickPost?

- Clickpost has helped us slowly overcome our logistics woes by integrating all our shipping partners on a single platform. We have tried a lot of applications but none could match the speed and efficiency of clickpost and the ease with which it processes the shipments.

- Also, the UI on the customer front is beautiful. So easy for the customers to track and report issues on the shipments.

- The last thing that we want to say is the Customer Support. From the beginning the onboarding team has been so reponsive and have attended the meetings on very short notice to help us out with our integrations. Absolutely good job at that

Clickpost provides easy integration with courier partners. Ideal for a company who don't have resources to create and maintain integration with courier partner. They have everything you need for a complete integration from order handling, tracking, communicating to customers - email, message or whatsapp.

Their support is great that in case of issues, they would quickly help resolve it for you.

What do you like best about ClickPost?

The team at CP has provided great support, from getting new customizations enabled, to quick issue resolution.

Integration with new partners is pretty straight forward, and allocation engine is comprehensively detailed.
