**What do you like best about Captello?**

Pros:

    Easy setup and user-friendly interface

    Real-time lead capture and data syncing

    Customizable forms and automation

    Insightful dashboards for ROI tracking

    Outstanding customer support

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

The only issue is one that you would have with any ULC software and that is gaining access to the dev/api kit for shows as some platforms simply do not share the info. We work around that by importing our leads post event into Captello so we can continue to have all the benefits of our lead capture in one place.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've deployed Captello as our universal lead capture solution across all the tradeshows we attend, and it's been a game-changer. Prior to Captello, our team struggled with inconsistent capture methods, manual processes, and limited visibility into lead performance and event ROI. Captello solved all of that.

The setup was intuitive, the support team was responsive, and the software itself is incredibly flexible. We now have a centralized, streamlined system that works for both small regional shows and large national conferences. It allows our sales and marketing teams to work from the same playbook with customized forms, instant data syncing, and smart integrations into our CRM.

One of the biggest wins has been the ability to generate real-time dashboards that help us clearly articulate event performance and lead quality—no more guessing or chasing down spreadsheets post-show.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

Being able to customize our lead capture form to best fit our industry since it is so niche. We also had a booth challenge where people could scan QR codes around our booth to create an engaging environment and it went amazing! Overall the leads capture were 100% more qualified, easy to export our of Captello, we could customize the export to only include data that we wanted. Overall very happy!

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

The only fluke that we noticed was in our booth challenge, after you'd scan a QR code, complete the question and earn the points you'd have to fully wait for the screen pop-up to run it's course to get the points. If you didn't exit out of that screen before you'd scan the next one that window would pop-up inside that first QR code window.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one platform that we use for lead capture at all trade shows we attend at an affordable price and super easy to use!

The team at Captello was amazing to work with. They were incredibly helpful and took the time to teach us how to set everything up. The platform was easy to use, and it was genuinely fun to customize. I also really enjoyed the ability to take notes using audio.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

At times, it was a bit confusing to tell which features were included and which weren’t. Learning what the differences were between activations and experiences was the main confusion

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Captello is helping us drive more ROI for our event and for the sponsors exhibiting and using Captello at their booths. It’s also helping us engage attendees in new, fun ways throughout the event.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

The biggest game-changer for us has been the seamless Marketo integration. Leads captured at events flow directly into our system in real time — no manual exports, no data entry delays, no lag in follow-up. Our team can begin activating leads almost instantly, which has made a noticeable difference in our post-event conversion process.

What also sets Captello apart is how customizable the platform is. We're able to tailor the experience to match each specific activation or event, which keeps things relevant and on-brand no matter where we're exhibiting.

And then there are the games — a genuinely fun feature that has helped us drive booth engagement and make meaningful connections with attendees in a way that feels natural rather than forced.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints. Like any software, there's always a small learning curve when onboarding new team members, but Captello's support has been helpful in getting everyone up to speed quickly. Nothing that would give me pause about recommending it.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Captello, lead retrieval at events required significant manual effort — cleaning up data, adding steps, and creating delays before leads could ever be acted on. Captello eliminates all of that. Our lead capture process is now fully streamlined, and with the direct Marketo integration, every lead flows into our system automatically and is ready to be processed immediately. It has removed an entire layer of administrative work from our post-event workflow and allowed our team to focus on what actually matters — following up and converting leads faster than ever before.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

Captello is super easy to use. Our team only needed a two minute training and they were off and running with it.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

I wish we didn't have to pay by event because we have hundreds of events per year. We have to pick which shows we'll use our licenses for, so we still end up having to use different types of lead capture.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Captello has made our lead capture at small events that don't offer badge scanning much easier. We like the voice to text notes a lot. It eliminates us having to upload lead lists to Salesforce. The real time visibility is also nice.

Captello has a very robust program for all of our needs. The connection between Captello and our CRM are very helpful and allow our booth staff and sales to contact attendees in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

I wish I was able to afford the whole suite of options. However, I probably wouldn't use all of them all the time.

They are working on creating more ways for us to capture information when developers kit aren't available.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

Captello has been an incredibly valuable tool for our event and lead management needs. From on-site lead capture to post-event follow-up, the platform makes it easy to collect, organize, and activate leads without the usual headaches that come with events.

The interface is user-friendly, reliable, and clearly built with real event teams in mind. Some of the more advanced features and settings take a bit of time to fully understand and configure—especially for users who are new to event lead management software.

Although the platform offers solid customization, there were a few specific fields and display options we wished were more flexible right out of the box.

Mobile App Performance
During high-traffic events, the mobile app can occasionally feel a bit slow or laggy, especially when capturing a large number of leads in quick succession.

Captello solves one of the biggest challenges most event teams face: capturing quality leads efficiently and turning them into action-ready sales opportunities. Before using Captello, collecting contact information at events often meant scanning badges manually, juggling spreadsheets, and risking lost or incomplete data. The platform eliminates that chaos.

Captello’s integration with HubSpot and the intuitive form builder are game-changers. It’s incredibly easy to set up and customize properties for mapping to HubSpot, which allows us to enroll contacts into nurture campaigns seamlessly. The ROI dashboard and flexibility for capturing leads make Captello a standout solution in the lead capture space.

At this time, there are no features we dislike about the platform.

Our biggest challenge was tracking ROI for conferences and events. Captello provides a robust platform that not only tracks ROI but also enables instant lead import into our CRM for nurturing campaigns. This has significantly improved our ability to measure success and maximize return on investment.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

What is most helpful about this platform is the customization.  You can tailor your experience and your team's experience based on your current process or enhance the lead ingestion process with their breadth of tools and features--they've truly thought of everything.

So far, I've been really impressed with their onboarding process, ease of implementation, knowledgeable customer support and sales teams and overall responsiveness.  I was about to set our company up in no time and the sales reps have loved having lead capture and scanning abilities right on their cell phones.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

I don't have a dislike yet. I would say that the only barrier has been change management within our organization and meeting people at their different technical abilities-- but even with that Captello has gotten rave reviews from our onsite sales team!

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Captello, capturing leads at events was often manual, inconsistent, and costly to purchase and set up for every event. With Captello we can:

**What do you like best about Captello?**

I like that we can customize questions within Captello based on the needs of each trade show. Our needs differ based on which show we attend so this is a useful feature.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

The options for the data export are a little limited. It would be helpful to set up a template that only includes the variables that I want to export.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This saves us from the booth staff holding onto physically business cards and manually entering them into a Google Sheet.
