**What do you like best about Captello?**

Customization!  As a company with numerous product lines and varied audiences and shows it is life changing to be able to create each show as a separate event and tailor the content accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

Can be tricky getting the Dev Kits from Lead Services but that's not Captellos fault.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the leads process.  The data from each show can go directly into our CRM software without having to do multiple steps or wait for the excel file from Lead Services from each tradeshow.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

Captello does everything we need it to do in capturing leads at trade shows with some intuative features built in and lots of customization to make it easy to capture leads. The support was also quite responsive and detailed.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

It's pretty expensive when you first sign up with setup fees etc. The ongoing fees aren't too expensive unless you are integrating a CRM which adds a fair bit onto your anual fees.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Captello allows us to capture leads on the go when we are at trade shows while also automatically importing the leads into our CRM.

The software is very user friendly and especially helpful in qualifying leads at trade shows, making notes, and conducting short surveys.

It's easy to enter in notes about each lead that stops by the booth.

Sometimes it's a little tricky standing at a booth, trying to give them your attention, while taking notes at the same time.

Our Client Success Manager has been awesome to work with, as well as the Project Manager helping us get set up for our annual event. Our sponsors that use the lead capture tool have been satisfied which is what is most important to us.

We haven't run into any downsides yet - every year has gotten better with new enhancements and easy-to-use tools.

Although we did not use the capture software system, we used the gaming technology to draw in attendees to increase engagement

There were a few bugs with icon sizing and the ability to hold the QR code score image on the screen longer than 5 seconds. Icon adjustment was a quick fix. There were no solutions for the short term score fix currently

Captello provides us the flexibility to use this software and capture leads at any event around the globe. With the API integration options and business card scanning, it has us covered.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

If I'm being picky, I would like to be able to customize a template for the manual lead report download, but that is only when we are not using the integration with our database. Otherwise, I haven't really found anything to dislike that is worth mentioning.

It has allowed us to have a truly global lead solution that provides consistent data for lead capture and collect opt ins to be compliant with privacy laws.

Dynamic reporting that allows cross-referencing multiple events to track touchpoints over time, and integrations to a wide array of CRMs. The app is very easy to use onsite and both the voice notes and card transcription functions are very effective.

Coming from an events background, the interface and terminology is very CRM-y, but it's not terribly

Easy to use, this tool allows us to have complete visibility on the contacts collected during an event. Furthermore, its integration with our CRM platforms greatly facilitates the follow-up of these prospects.

I would like to get more support onto the trackability of the invite sent out to the group users for each event . How can we be certain they have recieved and opened it ?

The one thing I would ask Captello to improve on its notes section of the form and integrating that back to Salesforce.

The flexibility and customizations available make it possible to seamlessly fit into our existing (sometimes complicated) process. There are many forms of lead capture avaialbe with Captello, so we believe it will allow us to have one process for all shows large and small.

Just getting started, but nothing yet...

We currently have a disjointed process that allows leads to slip through the cracks and does not encourage tracking back to shows. We beleive Captello will allow us to increase the amount of leads collected and better prove ROI for our events

This has helped our company replace using 3rd party conference specific Lead Capture devices. We use this for large and small confrences. It integrates with our CRM also.

Nothing so far seems to work well. Sometimes the OCR funtionality doesnt read badges correctly but that is a small thing.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

What is most useful about using the Captello software is the automation and consistency of our lead capture data. Our sales and marketing teams can easily scan badges or manually input lead information and it effortlessly integrates with our marketing CRM and Salesforce. We no longer have wait times manually adding leads to Hubspot/Salesforce, which is a major win!

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

There are no downsides to using Captello. With any leadcapture software you have to purchase the API dev kits to use the badge scan feature, which can sometimes be costly.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Captello is immensly helping with lead automation and is allowing for leads to be immediately actionable following an event. We can also train the sales team on the app one time, instead of having a different leadcapture app at each show with the qualifer questions most relevant to us and our business. This leads to consistant adoption, consistant lead automation and quicker lead follow up post-events.

There are so many features and functionality within the tool. It solves all of our needs for a lead capture tool plus more. The gamification feature is a huge hit at conferences. Plus, the customer support is top tier. Their response times are great.

The web platform can be a bit difficult to navigate until you get familiar with where everything lives.

Captello's interface is easy to use for the non-technical person.  The app is user-friendly and very intuitive for users of all levels and backgrounds.  The data collected is far more than I think I could use, but available if I need it.  Captello is very customizable.  I was able to work with customer support to get my HubSpot and Captello integration just right.  The app is easy to use and implement.

In my use so far, there has not been too much that I have not been able to do.  Any time I have had an issue, support was there to walk me through the process.

We are able to get our Leads and event information quickly and into HubSpot.

Not only do you get a great software which can do everything you need, you have the Captello team behind you for support, even 24/7. The platform also has the ability to be customised to suit our needs.

Captello makes it easy to capture leads, they have so many different ways for capturing them AND their app is fantastic. There are a ton of great features that previous tools have not offered and all of our reps love it

The backend is more complicated than other tools we have used but now that we have been using it for a bit we are pros! It just took a second to learn.

Ease of use for exporting leads from each show we attend, which greatly helps us to save time sorting out our leads post-show.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

There is a bit of a learning curve when coming on board and setting up the first campaign. There are many features, which is great! But it can be a little overwhelming at first. Captello's onboarding and support teams are top-notch and they were very helpful and patient with us.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Captello Lead Capture has greatly helped us save time organizing and assigning captured leads post-show. Before using Captello, we were losing leads due to the time it was taking us to get the leads assigned in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

Captello onboarding training was comprehensive.  The implementation went smoothly . Whenever our team has any questions customer service is quick to respons and answer questions. 
The platform makes customization easy. We have seemless integration with all of our platforms. 
App works well on phones and iPad devices. My onsite team finds it easy to use.
We didn't use the product frequently, just four times, but will be implementing more uses of the product for next year.

We wanted a platform that we were able to use across events. Captello allows us to do that so the lead capture is the same for all the tradeshows we attend. I allows us the amount of users on show site that we need without incurring an additional cost. In the end it saved us money.

I love that it is so easy for our onsite team to collect meaningful and valuable data with one click scan of a name badge. With the addition of custom fields for our team to (optionally) fill out based on conversations, we come away from our events with rich, useful data.
I am also very grateful for Sam - their customer support manager who helps me every step of the way!

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

While I am tremendously grateful for the IT support, I wish the process of setting up an event was more step-by-step. I do spend a few hours per event on a zoom with my account manager to get each event setup and tested.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have multiple custom fields in our "capture form" which allows us to walk away with extremely valuable information about the show attendees that we visit with.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

We have had some issues getting up and running and their service has been excellent. They are very good with follow up, even during the holidays. Their training has been very proactive and they have been with us every step of the way in helping us move forward with the new software.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

We have had some minor features that weren't working, like time zone, and needed someone to fix for us. Our event hasn't happened yet so we have not yet used it in practice. Cannot yet say how successful it is in real world use.

We hope to integrate trade show data into an attendee survey to make it easier and shorter for attendees to participate. We will also be using the software to manage attendee responses and entry at customer events.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

It's simple to create a custom branded questionnaire for lead scanning, business card scanning, or manual lead entry. On the backend, that can be hooked up to our CRM so leads get sent to my sales group within minutes of capture.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

Support is limited outside of business hours. While most shows don't happen on the weekend, there have been times when I've had a question while setting up a questionnaire over the weekend and had to wait until Monday for a response.

**What problems is Captello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our requirements were a custom-branded user interface that can be utilized by our salespeople on the floor, using their own devices. In many cases the show's lead retrieval provider will offer an app, but they typically don't support custom branding, and sometimes don't support custom lead qualifiers. Captello fits the bill nicely.

The platform's flexibility is a huge advantage, letting us adjust on the fly to whatever the day throws at us. And if we get stuck, the support team is on it in no time. They're quick to respond and super helpful. All in all, Captello made our lead collection at trade shows smoother and more accessible for marketing and sales and the organization as a whole.

The platform's flexibility allows for extensive personalization, which, while advantageous, can sometimes be a double-edged sword. With so many customization options, there's occasionally a learning curve to get things just right.

We now have a proprietary platform to use vs having to re-educate our our sales team on the various platforms offered by conferences.

**What do you like best about Captello?**

Captello is used to capture leads from various events where we exhibit. The ease of setting up each event is seamless. When support is needed, Customer Support provides easy integration for for our reps. We use the platform at over 15 events per calendar year. There are many features we are still learning about and look forward to utilizing in the future.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

The one downside we are working on overcoming is the correct way to use for lead retrieval when no Developer Kit is available. As this is a rare occurence, more practice with this feature is needed.

We are able to capture leads from events so that we may migtrate them into our SalesForce program. One of our favorite functions is the live e-delivery of documents to a prospect.

I first learned about Captello at a presentation at Expo, Expo 2022 in Louisville.  What I liked most about their product is that it is not only a lead capture system but also integrates gamification, both things my marketing and sales teams have been looking for all in one place

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

The only thing negative I can say is that there is so much information and options that at first it can be a little overwhelming, but the support team has been amazing.

My company does multiple events around the country every year and in my short year and half time with them, one need that we noticed was there was no consistancy in lead retrieval.  Some shows would have it, others did not so learning that Captello could be used for lead retrieval independant of whether or not show organizers offered it is going to be a game changer for us. On top of that knowing that anyone on all of the teams I support can download the app and use it at any show they exhibit at combined with the ease of intergrating the data directly to our system means that all of our lead collection will be the same and thus be better sales leads for the entire sales force

**What do you like best about Captello?**

Ease of use and great service.  Captello makes it very easy/intuitive to create events, customize template, add users, etc.  The mobile app is excellent as well.  Simple and straightforward, our Sales Reps had no issues using the custom template and scanning leads at out show.   Lastly, the customer service is excellent.  We had a few questions arise during our show and the Captello team was both extremely responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Captello?**

No real downsides come to mind.  We had some minor hiccups getting users signed up for access to the mobile app but, at this moment, I can't say if that was a Captello issue or possibly spam filters. Regardless, they were very quick to assist.

We attend upwards of 20 shows per year and needed a permanent solution for lead-capture.  Captello is now that solution.

We implemented Captello's Waypoints & Scavenger Hunts Audience Engagement module to replace our paper Passport to Prizes. The process was seamless and our sponsors were pleased with the number of leads they captured. Now in it's third year, more exhibitors have signed up to participate because it drives decision makers to their booth and provides a captive audience to showcase their product, service or technology to solve our attendees needs.
