What do you like best about Captello?

Captello has been an incredibly valuable tool for our event and lead management needs. From on-site lead capture to post-event follow-up, the platform makes it easy to collect, organize, and activate leads without the usual headaches that come with events.

The interface is user-friendly, reliable, and clearly built with real event teams in mind. It streamlines workflows, integrates well with other systems, and helps ensure no lead slips through the cracks. What really stands out is how much time it saves our team while still providing clean, actionable data for sales and marketing.

Learning Curve for Advanced Features

Mobile App Performance

What do you like best about Captello?

What is most helpful about this platform is the customization. You can tailor your experience and your team's experience based on your current process or enhance the lead ingestion process with their breadth of tools and features--they've truly thought of everything.

So far, I've been really impressed with their onboarding process, ease of implementation, knowledgeable customer support and sales teams and overall responsiveness. What do you dislike about Captello?

What do you like best about Captello?

Captello is a very intuitive platform and is very user friendly. I am not as tech savvy as I would like (sadly) but even I am able to navigate the platform and setup forms. In addition- the entire team at Captello from Account Services to Project Management to Support are phenomenal and extremely fantastic to work with. The many questions that I had prior to onboarding as well as during the onboarding process and now as a frequent user were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. My marketing and analytics team has been blown away by the increased level of data and detail we are able to glean by using Captello v. previous solutions provided by show organizers. What do you like best about Captello?

I have been using Captello Lead Capture Software for 3 years, mainly to gather lists of leads from events for post-event email follow-ups. I appreciate how it saves me time by streamlining the process of building lists based on lead activity from events. The software is easy to use, which is one of its great advantages, and I find that information is presented in a straightforward manner. I have encountered no issues in accomplishing my tasks, as it is efficient, effective, and reliable. What do you like best about Captello?

There are several elements I like about Captello, the main being its ability to connect with our CRM systems and have data automatically flow. This eliminates the old way in which we did things after a trade show - download the registration report, enrich the data, send it off to a BDR team, often experiencing delays and incorrect data. Instead Captello automatically flows and eliminates any of those previous delays or inconsistencies. What do you dislike about Captello?

I don't dislike anything, other than there are so many options, it's a bit overwhelming. I know I don't use Captello to it's full capacity because of this. The only issues I have with Captello's software is that it's just that, software. You're going to run into issues here and then if something isn't quite working properly or if it wasn't set up correctly due to user error (most of the time on our end) as one might, but the team is very helpful and so far we have always been able to work out kinks smoothly and efficiently. What do you like best about Captello?

Easy connection to SFDC which not only allows you to capture real time data in Salesforce, but also allows you to tie it back to the campaign and also add campaign member statuses which many other vendors we initially talked to, were unable to do. The Captello event forms are very detailed and customizable templates, allowing admins to capture everything you may want, or remove parts you don't need. Once you've gotten everything set-up and the integration is complete, it's nice having the ability to essentially do everything you need on your own within the form, creating a new form, adding new team members, etc. For the team members attending events, the tool is quite user friendly, with an intuitive interface. What do you dislike about Captello?

The initial set up was quite complicated and person responsible for our onboarding didn't seem to know much about what she was doing, so we had to bring a tech person onto a separate call, and then follow-up calls to finally get everything ready in time (and we were told it would be very easy and could be done on one call. Though its mostly hands off after the initial set-up is complete, any issues end up making us bring on our RevOp team for help. The process to do an API set-up for an event is more difficult than other systems I've used because their team is required to do it (and they request it multiple weeks in advance vs being able to set up yourself). Lastly, while it's great to have the ability to update / change / build everything in the templates on your own, its generally time consuming and many times, we've had to ask for process documentation or help from our account manager (when some tools have teams that will simply do it for you).
