Captello Pricing Overview

The software is extremely intuitive in its features and uses (in which we are still learning about as a new user). It is good to see that the programmers who have developed the platform have done so with the event manager and user in mind. The only dislike is that I really wish there was a better and more cost-effective API Developer work-around. That is the one roadblock that we are trying to navigate with the platform. Not really a dislike of the software. My answer to this question is very limited by my still new (and lack of thorough) knowledge of all of the capabilities. Captello makes it incredibly easy to capture and qualify leads at events with customized forms, interactive experiences, and real-time syncing. The ability to tailor lead capture flows to different personas or booth experiences has been a game-changer for our team. Its intuitive interface also allows event staff to get up and running with minimal training, which is a huge plus when working across multiple events or rotating team members.

One of the biggest upsides is how it connects lead capture with follow-up workflows. We can trigger emails, segment leads, and push them directly to our CRM without delays, which has improved our speed-to-lead dramatically. The gamification and engagement tools also help us stand out at events, drawing in more attendees and creating a more memorable brand experience.
