**What do you like best about iCapture?**

We recently used iCapture at an event and it was seamless. It made capturing leads and pushing them into our systems incredibly simple. Easy to use, efficient, and it just works!

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

It's essential to ensure that the fields are mapped properly from the registration form all the way to badge creation and onsite capture. If any information is missing at any stage, it won't carry over as expected. This is a crucial point to remember when setting up your lead form, so you can be confident you're collecting all the necessary data right from the beginning.

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is enhancing the speed-to-lead process. Once we capture a lead, it automatically syncs into the system and is assigned to a representative. This has reduced the need for human intervention, allowing us to handle leads more efficiently and effectively.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

I love iCapture for several reasons. Firstly, it serves as a one-stop-shop for my needs in lead management, engagement, and conversion, which significantly simplifies my workflow in the Groups, Meetings & Events space. The ease of use is remarkable, especially when I compare it to older systems that were cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Besides, the integration capabilities are a huge plus for me; I'm able to effortlessly connect my brand's systems using tools like Power BI, which enhances data utilization and management. The initial setup was also very easy and straightforward, which minimized the hurdles typically associated with onboarding new software. Overall, these features collectively contribute to a seamless and efficient experience, making my tasks much more manageable.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

I dislike how iCapture randomly cuts out when syncing, especially when connecting to hotel wifi.

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iCapture as a one-stop-shop for lead management, engagement, and conversion, making event booking and hosting easier. Its integration with Power BI enhances its value by blending with my brand's systems effortlessly.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

I appreciate how iCapture streamlines our lead capturing process at events, importing leads almost straight away, which significantly increases our follow-up speed. It was easy to train our team, as they just download the app, and it turns their mobile phones into lead scanners. The integration with Salesforce and Marketo has been smooth, enhancing our workflow efficiency. I also find the ability to view increased conversion rates and obtain cost per lead breakdown from different events invaluable, as it provides clear insights into the return on investment from the events we attend.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

Initially, setting up iCapture was quite time-consuming, particularly due to the need to correctly integrate it with Salesforce, although it wasn't technically difficult. Additionally, making lead form questions easier to amend could improve usability, even though it's not a significant issue. Lastly, I suggest that iCapture should be cheaper, as the current cost is a consideration for future purchases.

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iCapture to import leads nearly instantly, significantly speeding up follow-ups and enhancing team efficiency by transforming mobile phones into lead scanners.

iCapture is great for having for platform for all the lead capture in one place including all the analytics.  It integrates well with show lead capture and their have the company details for many of them.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

Sometimes the mappings on site does not always work great which is frustrating.  Especially then having to contact iCapture team to ensure set up is done correctly.

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The group lead capture and lead form.  Making the process for lead capture for our sales team on site quicker and easier but also getting as much information from the visitor as possible.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

I really appreciate iCapture for streamlining our lead capture process during events. Before using iCapture, we were bogged down by the inefficiency of using Excel or Google Sheets to record our interactions with customers and prospects on site. The real-time capability of iCapture impresses me as it allows us to immediately capture transactions and integrate those leads into Salesforce effortlessly. This has drastically improved our efficiency and effectiveness in handling event leads. Furthermore, I love how easy it is to use and set up iCapture; this user-friendliness greatly enhances our experience. Overall, the seamless integration between iCapture, Salesforce, and Cvent works excellently for our needs.

As an event planning and photography team, we’re always exploring innovative tools to elevate client experiences. iCapture stands out as a promising solution for lead capture and guest engagement at events. While we haven’t implemented it yet, the platform’s features and interface look impressive — we’re looking forward to testing it in upcoming projects

There are no downsides that I can see from the product right now.

iCapture is an easy to use, easy to setup and export data directly from, or setup an integration to a marketing automation system to integrate data directly. The support team are always on hand to support with questions as required.

Nothing. iCapture is a great tool, and hasn't given me any concerns or problems since we begun using it.

An easy to use event lead capture method for our global events team. Something thats easy to setup and access data from straight away. It solves exactly these issues for us.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

It's great to have customer support always at hand to help us build the process according to our (not very straightforward) requirements. UI is very clear and easy to use. Connection to CRM is fast and can be customised enough to make it work for our complex processes. Great, reliable, easy to use software.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

We can't map fields nor create flows ourselves, which takes some control away. On the other hand, the team is always quick enough to help, so this may as well be seen as an advantage, as we don't have to spend time figuring it out.
It would be great to be able to send campaign members with different statuses depending on fields/criteria, as opposed to just default.

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can capture leads at events and send them to our database way quicker than it would ever be possible with spreadsheets etc It lets us automate our process.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

iCapture has provided our companies with a consistent, custom lead retrieval solution. The onboarding process was very thorough, from the launch phase to training our staff.  iCapture took our complicated situation with multiple integrations and provided a detailed, yet simplified way of obtaining our leads' product interest information. 

Our staff is happy to have one lead-capturing app across all tradeshows and events. The app is very clean and easy to use. From badges to business cards to manual entry, it's all covered with iCapture. There's no lost data! The immediate entry into SalesForce is a game-changer for our team and has decreased the follow-up time. 

The Back Office is a dream for administrative purposes. We can see the leads in real-time, event analytics, assist our staff with any questions, and so much more. Support from the iCapture staff has been phenomenal throughout the entire process.  iCapture has taken our team's feedback and helped implement changes. They've worked with us to develop the most effective and user-friendly lead-capturing software for our staff. The chat feature is a lifesaver when assistance is needed during a show on the weekends or after hours. I highly recommend iCapture!

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

There's nothing to dislike! I appreciate the new things constantly being implemented and tested to make everyone's experience better.

**Recommendations to others considering iCapture:**

Consider the amount of time saved throughout your entire company with iCapture. The immediate connection of the lead's data into your CRM system and the instant touch you're getting with the auto email has been so valuable. There's faster communication with leads. We recently have received so many compliments and thanks from our leads for reaching out with our contact information. It has helped keep the conversation going after our events, which could potentially help us make the sale in the long-run. Remember that it can be used for other lead-generation avenues too!

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iCapture has solved a large gap in our marketing and sales process. Our previous tradeshow lead process was much slower and didn't allow for timely follow-up. The instantaneous connection to our CRM system has taken busy work off of our team's plate, which has allowed additional time for high-level marketing. With multiple brands, iCapture has made it easier for our representatives to cross-sell and enter the necessary information for each product interest.  Lastly, iCapture isn't just for tradeshows and conferences. It can be utilized for other lead generation avenues such as onsite company-wide events, prospecting, and networking events. iCapture is by far the #1 choice for lead retrieval.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

I have been using iCapture for over 5 years from 2 companies. This lead capture toold is very versitile; working for a international multi billion dollar company to a smaller USA based non-profit. It is very customizable. The account manager you are assigned worked closey with our company to make sure that the tool delivers the results we needed to boost our leads and to get them in real time. The implemnetion and setup was done within a matter of days. We were up and running in less than 2 weeks. The tool integrates well with many marketing automation platforms. 

The support staff is always on hand to asistl; 24-hour assstance, so no matter where you are in the world you will have the assistance you need to have a successful event. The tool itself is easy to build out and use, even for a not so tech savy individual. 

Overall, I highly recomend iCapture for any size company. If you value your sales team and solid leads iCapture is the tool for you.

We are a non-profit and need our leads automated and in real time. iCapture solved many of our implementation and execution on leads isuues. Going from paper and excel spreadsheets to real time entry into Salesforce has improved our response time with potential clients.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

iCapture is hands down one of the easiest products to use. The product easily integrates into SFDC and we were able to connect the two over a single 20 minute call. We had some initial issues that were resolved instantly because the customer support team at iCapture is second to none. The product functionality is super simple and easy to use. We looked at other competitors and the products were too confusing and priced way higher.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

The only downside is that it's slightly hard to get internal adoption. Our sales team is tricky and we need to prove concept in order to get better adoption. This is not something iCapture could help us.

Helping us get better access to the names and information from events we attend. Secondarily, iCapture has made it so much easier to upload items into SFDC. We had a major roadblock with how long it took us to build lists and upload them into SFDC and iCapture makes it instant.

iCapture is extemely easy to use and setup. They provide great documentation for every scenario. My colleagues in events love using the product and find it easy to use. They have wonderful support staff that you can communicate at any given time.

I don't have any negatives to say about using the product. They really provide great customer service if something funky happens and their documentation covers many scenarios you might run into.

iCapture has an easy setup for my campaign managers to use when setting up for an event. They are able to engage with leads at events, capture their information easily, and then send notes on those who should be fast tracked over to sales based on their qualified conversation. It makes it effortless to capture attendees information from the event and how best to followup with them.

I love how responsive the iCapture team is. The customer support is absolutely outstanding and I have always had fun working with them. The platform itself is very easy and intutive to use. The integration with Marketo was also very easy with just click of a button. I also like they take feedback from clients for new feature request and implement them as they come into their product development pipeline. Overall its a great company to work with.

There is not really anything I dont dislike about this compamy but just sometimes the features or buttons are not very intutive and needs some adjustments.

The software capabilities are great, but what I really love about iCapture is the support that their entire team provides. Prompt, knowledgeable support that allows us trust that our expectations will be exceeded. Blanca, our rep, and all of the customer support teams are ready to help very quickly if anything isnt going as anticipated.

Its easy to use and has a ton of great features to give informed information.

there isnt any aspect of the software or service that is to dislike, they have been great from the start.

iCapture is a great system for capturing leads, the retrieval process is easy,  and it allows us to contact leads in an automated manner while being able to rank quality of leads based on automated lead forms and badge scanning. The ease in which the platform is used ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

I've been using iCapture for over a year and what I love most is that it saves us time. After a lead is captured it goes directly into our CRM. If business cards are scanned and not recognized, iCapture has a team on the backend that will identify and plug in the appropriate information. A reminder to download the leads is sent right after the conference. Also, the customer service at iCapture is above par - our rep, Blanca is extremely helpful and her timely response is so appreciated!

That you must rememeber to scan an employee badge at the start of the show in order to sync the API.

Management of users when trying to maintain all the users, we need more reporting on the dates someone last captured a lead to clear out those that don't use the app, better way to remove icapture userse than one by one or having to log a ticket for it,  managment of duplicate leads

To be able to capture leads easily at an event and integrate to our marketing platform which allows leads to flow to our CRM.  Can easily integrate with other lead capture tools so we only need to use one tool to capture. Global coverage when help needed except for more complex requests.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

I love that it syncs instantly to our database and has many facets to capture users, whether by badge scan, photo mode and manual entry. This then gives us the ability to action or nurture as needed without having to wait. We can be first to contact the customer right after an event.
The admin experience and end user experience is very easy to use and comprehend. It is enjoyable to use and train to use. 
Also, the customer service is unmatched. iCapture has many contact points for service and the turn around time for an answer is very quick. I feel confident when sending an email that I will get a response very timely, beyond expectations.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

Back Office website times out sooner than I prefer. If you are not active in it but still have it open, the back office site will log you out in what seems like 10 mins of no activity.

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deters users from circulating or using offline spreadsheets of PII or sales from keeping business cards unshared/lost.

iCapture is an efficient tool for first-party data lead generation. It's been years since we have been using iCapture in our tradeshows.  Your helpful tech support team is always available to assist us with any issues with integration to our CRM, template build/edits, and any inquiries we throw them.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

ICAPTURE has helped us collect leads and organize follow-ups for over 4 years at large scale events and trade shows. It's very simple to setup and has endless capabilities. Whenever assistance is needed, customer support is quick to repsond and always helpful. Having MARKETO integration is a huge benefit and reason we utilize ICAPTURE so frequently.  Would highlighy reccomend for anyone searching for the perfect lead capture tool.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

Lead forms used to be easier to customize on our own, now since we've standardized it requires more customer support involvemnt. They are great but could be more self sufficent if we could edit/add/delete/rework all fields per event.

We needed an efficent way to collect data and follow ups at large trade shows. the API / badge scanning functionality saves a ton of time and manual input on the show floor.

After researching into this, I'm glad we finally decided to implement this at our tradeshows. It has streamlined our process for capturing leads and minimized the additional work we do tied to lead entry. It was easy to use and train our team and quick integration with our CRM. We've now used it at all our large tradeshows and can't wait to see what new features they come out with.

There are a few things I'd like to see for an update, such as more customized emails coming out directly from iCapture, but that's about it.

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

I spent quite a lot of time researching tools we could use to capture leads at all of our tradeshows and ensure that the salespeople had an easy to use, integrated, and standardized tool. After a ton of research, iCapture seemed like the obvious choice and spoke from experience in our discovery calls, they truly understood our exact challenges with tradeshow lead capture. Our onboarding experience has been phenomenal, the support is amazing and instantly replies through their live chat. The system is completely integrated with our MAP and our CRM, and the mapping was made easy with our Account Executive. I can see who has and has not downloaded the application, making it super easy to send out reminders to those specific people. 

The biggest benefit of all, iCapture licenses are based on an annual cost, not events run, not users at the events. Let that sink in. We're currently planning to use iCapture for over 50 events next year and this is going to represent huge cost savings and time savings on my end managing imports and mapping. Truly, I do not have enough good stuff to say about iCapture.

I feel like creating the forms and mapping to our MAP and CRM could be done ourselves for more technologically inclined users but I totally understand that this poses a liability to their support if the users are given that much control.

I do not feel like I have been using iCapture long enough to make an accurate statement here but what I will say is that so far, they've made it impossible to pick anything I don't like.

The iCapture software has transformed our tradeshow practices. It eliminates the need for handwritten notes, never mind the headache associated with trying to reread them after the show, and with the seamless Salesforce integration, there is no need for hours of manual entry! The app and back office are flexible and intuitive, while the staff’s customer support is TOP NOTCH!

**What do you like best about iCapture?**

iCapture has streamlined our lead capture and routing process significantly. It's great there is no limit to number of devices we can use it on at a meeting. This has significantly increased the number of contacts we're able to scan.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

Not much but it would be nice to be able to update some of the terminology in the platform to work for our organization. Example, every scan is referred to as a "lead" when really our view of it is the total shown is "total engagements". Same for some of the reporting. Nothing you can't train to though.

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has simlified our data capture process at shows which was multi-step before and included manual data input into our marketing automation system to route correctly. It's also allowed us to capture more engagement / touch points at meetings and report out on more data points.

Nothing. iCapture has been great to use.

Our Events team attends many events, and collecting business cards and adding them to a spreadsheet for import post-event just wasn't scalable. iCapture allows us to be more prepared at the events to capture interest and quickly feed that data into our database for next steps.

The iCapture team is responsive, solution-oriented, and always willing to answer my questions.  I tried a leading competitor before this and our trial failed. When iCapture came into the picture everything became a lot easier. I'm able to seamlessly integrate badge kits and arm my sales team with an easy way to capture leads at any event they attend.

Nothing.I like the iCapture platform and all that it entails.  From integration, to execution, they always have my back and are willing to help me make the most of my experience. I love using iCapture.

We have one tool to manage 50 events per year. I'm able to track leads at all different types of events without a lot of "setup time" on the backend.  It's a really great tool and I highly recommend it.

It's very easy to use, both for the people in the field and account management behind the scenes. It's also flexible in how you can collect leads (QR code scanning, business card scanning and manual data entry). Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. Great team.

No real downsides. The one feature I'd love to see is being able to edit leads after saving them. You can add notes to a saved record, which is certainly helpful, but you can't edit previously entered data after saving.

iCapture allows our teams to go to events and capture event leads quickly and easily.  This means we can spend our time having conversations with potential clients rather than doing administrative work to get them into our system.

Literally nothing.  Every part of the process and software works better than I could have imagined.

iCapture allows us to capture lead information at an event no matter the size.  We can get the data from a badge with a QR code, a business card and everything in between. It also allows me to run multiple events at once and track those events separately.  The reporting is amazing.  iCapture uploads the data real time, so our staff not at the event immediately have the information we are gathering. The mobile app is very easy to use and the event staff love it.  The administrative portal is amazing and I was off and running in no time.

The customer service we received from our Client Success Executive, Lisette, was the best I have ever experienced. Our integration was seamless, and she handled our extremely complicated routing and form in a very quick timespan. I went into the integration with some concerns about the complexity and timeline, but after our first call I quickly felt confident we would meet our deadline and very excited to share the process with our team. We had the training for our sales team today and the team was very impressed with the professionalism.  The instruction pdf with the install code is such a small detail with a huge impact in the booth when the app has to be downloaded quickly.

I would recommend iCapture to anyone who wants to make the most of their leads at trade shows.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

I love the analytics dashboard, and I would love it even more if there was a connection to datorama so that we can see the leads go from the scan all the way to the sale.

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to have leads routed to different platforms in different areas of the company based on the products chosen in the form. iCapture seamlessly routes our leads to HubSpot and two different instances of Pardot. The routing was the main reason we chose iCapture.  We also needed an app/form that was simple to use and worked on android and iPhones. Previous badge scanning apps we have used were unable to work on both.

The only downside is that we need help to create a lot of backend rules with our CRM integration. However, our Success Executive is always on top of it and super helpful.

I love how iCapture was able to integrate into our CRM so that we have real-time visibility into our leads.  It allows us to move fast and shortens our sales cycle.

We initially tried to integrate with Pardot instead of Salesforce which proved to be a challenge due to some limitations around Pardot.  We decided to move it over to Salesforce and everything worked fine.

•	Salesforce Integration:  Great experience!  Follow-up has been so much faster after events!

•	Customer Service/Support: Top-notch experience – the iCapture team has been able to address all of my questions/concern 

•	Global Engagement:  We recently added to our account.  We now can use forms in multiple languages – this feature has been great and will be very useful as we ramp up our APAC and EMEA events

iCapture meet my requirement for helping my business partners have a sophisticated system to capture leads at a trade show and allow for assignment.  It replaced a manual process.

**What do you dislike about iCapture?**

I love using and having the product as part of our Sales and Marketing process.  I would only request that the customer admin create lead forms/business units.  My success manager does a great job helping me, but I like to be self-enabled in all aspects.  But other than that, the product, service and support at iCapture are excellent.

**What problems is iCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have replaced manual lead collection in our shows with a sophisticated application designed for each of our business units.  All leaders are excited to see it in our portfolio, and people are eager to use it at shows.
