I like that Captello feels like more than just a lead-scanning tool. You can customize the capture flow, collect the details you actually care about, and then push that data forward instead of doing a bunch of cleanup afterward. The badge and business card scanning is especially handy when you have a lot of contacts to capture, and I also appreciate having the option to add extra fields through the forms rather than being stuck with a fixed set of information. The follow-up side is useful, too, because the captured contacts are already organized, so it’s much easier to go back through them later instead of trying to remember who was who.
