It reduces the workload that my HR team spend their time on sourcing, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews for the organization. **What do you dislike about Bot Shreyasi?** Bot Shreyasi doesn’t fully work with the current applicant tracking system (ATS). This leads to extra time and work to complete because candidate data is loaded into one platform and then has to be manually moved to another. **What problems is Bot Shreyasi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bot Shreyasi helps to reduce the amount of time recruiters spend on administrative work by automating many tasks related to recruitment. Bot Shreyasi are quite restricted.
