I believe Zoom has completely changed the way the world works by enabling remote and hybrid work on a truly global scale. I love how easy it is to connect with colleagues, customers, and teams from anywhere. It makes virtual meetings feel natural, saves time that would otherwise be spent commuting, and gives people more flexibility and freedom in their day-to-day work. Its reliability, simplicity, and overall ease of use make it an essential tool in modern workplaces. I genuinely appreciate how Zoom helps people collaborate effectively and stay connected, no matter where they’re located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main thing I dislike is how much the overall experience depends on having a stable, strong internet connection. When the connection isn’t good enough, meetings can become laggy, audio quality can drop, and video may freeze, which makes communication harder than it should be. This is especially frustrating during important meetings with customers or colleagues, where you really need everything to run smoothly. It would be great if the platform could deliver a more consistent experience even when the internet connection isn’t ideal. Better performance under weaker network conditions would make Zoom feel more reliable for everyday professional use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
