What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

ApplicantPro has made our hiring process so much easier! Implementation was quick and straightforward, and integration with our existing systems was seamless. We love having all applicants organized in one central location—it keeps everything efficient and accessible. The search feature is excellent, especially the ability to filter by keywords and zip codes to find potential employees fast. Exporting data to Excel is simple and saves us time. The email blast tool is also a great way to reach multiple applicants at once.

What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

I believe ApplicantPro is the most user friendly ATS I have used. It makes it incredibly easy to post jobs, follow up on applicants and collaborate with managers throughout the process. ApplicantPro also integrates with several systems, including our HRIS (Paylocity) which has made the transition from recruiting to onboarding seamless. The customer support has always been top notch anytime we have run into an issue, which is not often but it is nice to know they are there when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantPro?

What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

ApplicantPro/isolved is the best ATS I have used! Firstly, the support team is very responsive and typically answers any questions I have within minutes. They also frequently roll out updates and new features to streamline common pain points in hiring and interviewing. What do you dislike about ApplicantPro?

The References feature is fantastic and saves my team significant time from contacting individuals for professional reference checks. However, it is a little clunky with the references being tied to the application. We prefer not to require applicants to submit reference contacts on the initial application, because some applicants may be discouraged from completing their application if they do not have this information available at the time they apply. But the application is the only place for applicants so submit this info in order to use this feature. It can be worked around, but it is awkward. It would be great if reference contacts could be submitted, separate from the application, at a later point in the hiring/background process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

I have always enjoyed the direct support option that is readily available. Many times, they are able to find a resolution quickly. I use the system daily, so I have found ease in making my way through the system over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantPro?

I’ve encountered several ongoing issues, particularly with the integration tags. For example, I use SparkHire regularly for interview needs, and it’s integrated with our system. Last year, we were informed that once a video interview was completed, a tag would automatically appear next to the candidate’s name. However, it has been nearly two years since that feature was introduced, and it rarely—if ever—functions correctly. I still have to log in to SparkHire manually to verify whether videos have been uploaded.

Another challenge I’ve experienced is with reporting. When downloading reports filtered by tags or statuses, the system often includes all names that might match the keywords entered. This results in additional time spent manually removing irrelevant names.

While the integration options are great in theory, in practice, they often add unnecessary costs. It would be far more efficient and cost-effective if these features were built directly into the platform rather than offered as add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about ApplicantPro is how simple and straightforward it is to use. Posting jobs and pushing them to multiple job boards is fast and efficient, and the applicant tracking layout is clean and easy to navigate.

The communication tools are also helpful—especially the ability to message candidates directly, send automated updates, and move applicants through stages with minimal manual effort. What do you dislike about ApplicantPro?

Some of the reporting and analytics features feel limited compared to more advanced ATS platforms. While the basic reports work well, deeper customization or visual dashboards would make it easier to analyze hiring trends or track recruiter/hiring manager performance.

What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

I like that it saves archived candidates so I can always go back if need be. It is also very cost-friendly. The average rating system is a good touch though I have not used it--it's nice to know it's there if I do however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it's very hard to navigate and feels very inefficient to me. I don't like how many steps I have to take just to see a new candidate for a specific position. It's a minor detail, but I would really like to be able to see whether someone prefers email or text while I'm in the messaging section of the software. If you don't check the candidate's profile beforehand, you have to exit the messaging area and return to their profile just to find out their communication preference. What do you like best about ApplicantPro?

I have been using ApplicantPro since May, and I find it extremely effective for streamlining the recruitment and hiring process. One of the biggest advantages is having everything consolidated in one dashboard and on one site, which means I don't have to switch between multiple applications. This integration keeps me more focused and organized. I also appreciate the level of customization that ApplicantPro offers, particularly the ability to rate individual applicants and add specific notes to their files.
