The accessibility to the addons WITHOUT a required "meeting"; Add what you need and keep moving. Aplos is better with a team, but one can "get it done" within Aplos platform, the tools are there.

I like that event sales/tickets, contributions, bank integration, donor info and reports can all be done through Aplos. I also like that it is very user friendly. However, after using Aplos for 14 years and recommending it to multiple non-profit colleagues, the best thing about it is their customer service. Every time I have had an issue, I receive timely service from a representative based in the US who walks me through the solution. For one problem, we discovered there was a feature that really didn’t work well and they actually took my suggestion and fixed it accordingly to make it more user friendly. The fact a company was willing to listen to a dedicated user and make a site adjustment based off real time use, made me feel like their clients matter and their goal is to make the experience the best it can be. Over the years, I’ve looked into other options thinking maybe something better has come along but I am convinced having a platform that is so focused on non-profits like Aplos is truly the best. I continue to recommend it highly.

I have never worked in database management before, but Keela was so user friendly when it came to watching the informative instruction videos. They walked me through every step of it and now, after a year and a half of using Keela, I feel confident in my skills due to the excellent training Keela provided.
