Amazing experience with Keela! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2018 **What do you like best about Keela?** Keela can be used for many different purposes, such as for donor engagement, tracking, as well as being being able to store contacts within a person's network. **What do you dislike about Keela?** It takes a little bit of time to understand everything in Keela, especially for listing donor contacts, as there are many details that need to be inputted, such as address, tags ,etc. **What problems is Keela solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem that's being solved with Keela is relying on too many different programs to serve different tasks. With Keela, we can use it for everything donor related! ### 2. Customer Support was really good. Ambitious features. **What do you dislike about Keela?** The platform was still in early stages when we tried it, and it didn't do everything we needed at that time. We're going to check back in later. **What problems is Keela solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted better management of our donors, supporters, volunteers, and so on.
