Honestly, the speed and the templates are what keep me coming back. The biggest annoyance is still the limited layers and masking options compared to full Photoshop. Also, sometimes the web version lags hard if I have a project with a ton of elements, and a few of the premium templates feel kinda overused now, almost everyone and their mom is using the same animated sparkle overlay lol. I love the ability to create separate projects all customized with branded content for each different subsidiary.
