Some of the inventory you can find in the exchange is exclusive and premium.
There is not a lot of reach on the exchange. Seems like there is not a lot of unique users, meaning frequency on the campaigns tend to be high.
The support is not really good. Other exchanges have better access to inventory.
With Adjug I am able to access premium inventory in the UK. I have realized it is good for branding campaigns but is not oriented for direct responser advertisers.
