1) They use an AI chatbot that is never helpful. If a company provides B2B services and uses an AI bot for support, it's disrespectful!

2) They allow their customers to collect emails, names, and send any random marketing spam without getting consent from a recipient;

3) Impossible to delete your personal data from there. There is only one way to do that it's to edit your data on fake data. And create filters to move any emails from their service to junk;
