If a company provides B2B services and uses an AI bot for support, it's disrespectful! 2) They allow their customers to collect emails, names, and send any random marketing spam without getting consent from a recipient; 3) Impossible to delete your personal data from there. There is only one way to do that it's to edit your data on fake data. It makes launching a newsletter super straightforward and it also has all the bells and whistles for more advanced publishing. The founders' experience building out Morning Brew is clear in the design of this platform. It's not just for writers but for business people too. As my newsletter grows, beehiiv is an excellent platform for all the different stages (e.g. I know when we get to X number of subscribers, beehiiv has the infrastructure to take that next step). An example would be easily starting to A/B test subject lines when we wanted to. That's not a unique feature to beehiiv; what is unique is the clean UX and easy-to-use platform. **What do you dislike about beehiiv?** Not much. They tend to come out with new features at a pace that meets my needs. I would love to see more advertisers from the Ad Network specific to my audience as sometimes the ads are not the best fit when I know they have advertisers on the platform who would be more appropriate. **What problems is beehiiv solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an existing audience and beehiiv helped us create another way to reach that audience and beyond. I intend to grow my subscribers and everything else I researched showed that after 10k subscribers you get a steep price increase and for most actually a set limit for how many subscribers you can email. Easy to use, set up, adjust to whatever widget I'm using. Also I think the team could do weekly Q&A to demo and help people set up their newsletters, answer questions, show tips and tricks. Whenever I do that it just selects all and not just the block or part that I want to select.
