I like the tool, but I have to say that my experience with customer service has been very poor. The tool is supposed to show me how my site ranks on what is called osition (google maps for instance), but this is not working. I have asked every week for about 6 weeks where this will be fixed. Every time I have gotten pretty much the same answer, which is that the team is working on it and that it will be fixed shortly.. Its been alrady 6 weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
