"Enhances B2B Support with Seamless CRM Integration"
What do you like best about Salesflare?

I like how Salesflare allows sales conversations in live boxes and keeps support notes within tickets. Its pricing is affordable, which suits my budget well. The integration with Gmail and Outlook is seamless, and the automatic relationship timelines are very useful to keep track of interactions. The setup was easy and low friction, especially compared to other traditional CRMs. Follow-up reminders are a standout feature for me, and I appreciate not having to log emails manually as user details, past interactions, and related accounts appear next to live email threads, all available in a separate CRM tab. This is very convenient for my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

I find the limited customization for complex workflows frustrating. Salesflare's analytics are relatively lightweight, which can be a letdown if you need deeper insights. It's important to remember that Salesflare is a CRM, not a ticketing platform, so it falls short in that area. Also, data import and large migrations can be quite frustrating. "Streamlined CRM, Limited Complex Automation"
What do you like best about Salesflare?

I use Salesflare as a full-stack intelligent B2B sales CRM to manage leads, deals, and customer relationships in one streamlined tool. It automatically captures contact and company data from emails, calendars, and public profiles, eliminating manual data entry. I appreciate how it tracks opportunities through visual pipelines and automates follow-up reminders, logging all customer interactions. The centralized team communication ensures full visibility into lead history and deal status. I love how Salesflare automates nearly all the boring, manual CRM work so I can focus on selling. The way it automatically pulls data from emails, calendars, and online profiles is a game-changer for me. I really love its clean, visual pipeline and simple interface, which is intuitive, fast, and not bloated with complicated features. The email tracking and follow-up reminders help me stay on top of prospects without feeling overwhelmed. The initial setup was extremely straightforward and user-friendly, connecting Gmail, Google Workspace, and calendars in just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

The automation and workflow options are somewhat limited compared to larger sales engagement platforms—you can’t build super complex, multi-step sequences for longer B2B sales cycles. Multi-stage automation sequences that can wait for specific actions before moving forward and conditional logic (if/then rules) for deals, contacts, and company stages are missing.
