Simplistic Yet Powerful CRM with Stellar Support

I love how Salesflare helps me with the coordination and filtering of my tasks. The flexibility it offers with customized tags is really beneficial, allowing me to customize accounts and opportunities efficiently. I also appreciate being able to use workflows to follow up properly with the right information. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy, and their customer support was extremely helpful.

Enhances B2B Support with Seamless CRM Integration

I like how Salesflare allows sales conversations in live boxes and keeps support notes within tickets. Its pricing is affordable, which suits my budget well. The integration with Gmail and Outlook is seamless, and the automatic relationship timelines are very useful to keep track of interactions. The setup was easy and low friction, especially compared to other traditional CRMs. Follow-up reminders are a standout feature for me, and I appreciate not having to log emails manually as user details, past interactions, and related accounts appear next to live email threads, all available in a separate CRM tab. This is very convenient for my workflow.
