**What do you like best about Fundy?**

It is a cloud-based solution, so it can be accessed from anywhere in the world.This is important for property funds that have investors or employees located in different parts of the world.
It is very easy to use, even for people who are not familiar with accounting or finance.This is because XQ Fundy has a user-friendly interface and provides a lot of helpful documentation.
It is very secure, so funds can be confident that their data is safe.XQ Fundy uses the latest security measures to protect data, and it is also regularly audited by independent security firms.
It is very scalable, so it can be used by property funds of all sizes.XQ Fundy can be easily customized to meet the specific needs of each fund, no matter how large or small.
