I love being able to time each interaction with my clients, showing where I spend my time and helping me keep my business costs in check. The ease of setup is great, with lots of how-to videos and articles to keep the process simple. As I'm ready to add more services, I can easily change the workflow to accommodate my changing needs. I appreciate the short setup videos that take the guesswork out, especially since I'm not tech-savvy. I didn't have to create each step, and the automation of client responses is great. Having password-protected client portals was a must for me, and I can use auto-created templates for a better client experience.
