Free Address Book Reviews & Product Details

It is an easy to use address book that offers professional functionality for free. The interface and design of the platform is pretty basic but it makes the platform very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the platform was available on mobile. I would love to download the software to my IOS device. As a user, i mostly record contact information on my mobile first, therefore recording them to Free Address Book is an additional task for me. If I were to pay for an address book software I would definitely look for this feature in the software I purchase but since Free Address Book is free of charge, I will not complain too much as an user. The application is very simple and barebones. This makes it easy to setup and start using it. It has a relatively simple user interface and it does the job well. I tried using it about a year ago and I was pleasantly surprised with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the user experience was a little better. Sometimes its a little tedious to do certain tasks and you have to go through multiple steps to get to where you want to go. I wish it was more user-friendly and less outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of the software is that it is FREE. The software is helpful for those who do not want to store the contact/ address details of the people on the cloud; instead, they can store those details on the local machine or computer itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One cannot send emails to several people at the same time. We have to send the email one by one. This feels a bit hectic, and this functionality should be added to make this even more useful software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how simple it is to use. It does not have any unnecessary features or kinks to figure out so it makes setup and usage very easy. I appreciate how it does not have any pricing either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is definitely outdated and hasn't been updated in about 6 years. Its user interface looks straight out of the 1980s, but if you set that aside, it's a solid product. It's also only Windows which I wish Mac was an option too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

simple and straightforward interface. Not complicated to use or figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While it is easy to use the interface is a little dated, maybe spruce it up a little. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The portal and homepage are reasonably clean. Navigation is straightforward, and the sub-categories for individual contacts are pretty handy. Overall, the ease of use is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most notable thing I dislike is not even so much about the software itself, but more the fact that the vast majority of organizations will already have a CRM in use, in which case this may be redundant. However, for those businesses that don't, this could be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well, I use it to print out my lists mostly, you can easily print a list of contacts and details of selected contact. The upside is that it is free and a very easy way to organize your contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have much to dislike because it is very easy to use so far from my experience, I fully recommend this software to anyone looking for free-content management software to use on the regular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few bugs need to be fixed and the application can be a lot more advanced and many new features and customization can be introduced in the application which will save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is free, but the system is invaluable. I can keep a database of information but the system requires not a penny. It is effective in keeping customers, clients and other associates without needing a cell phone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is fundamental and does not have all the amenities like iMessage, Outlook or Gmail. You have to appreciate that the software is free and you get what you pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very useful in storing your contact data's. And what makes it more amazing is it is free! You can even put in personal details like loan details etc.See it for yourself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
