Is it possible to customise the number of notifications a user can see in the feed?

I mean does your platform have a mobile app that can be sued to interact with my customers. So that rather than going to the hepcrunch platform oon pc, I can just signin on the mobile app and get talking with customers on the other end of the live chat system.
