Hi everyone,
We internally use natterbox and hoping to understand why sometimes calls which don't get connected to specific queues don't get updated with Type = Not connected.
Please let me know if I can expand further on the issue.

When call is answered we miss to record 3 sec in the beginning of the call - when we listen to recording we do not hear them - please assist on this at that would be much helpful as we greet customers in those starting sec and we miss them

Everything works well but in terms of the value of calls, it doesnt show the actual calls made real-time and sometimes it's also not sync with the true value.
I have to use other tools to get the validated data. I thought that if it syncs to all other tools that we used - it'll be more effective.

I would like to see what my clientele is asking to prepare for it before I respond without marking it as read. High call volume means that I can lose a read message in my inbox and miss that connection.

I have some issues finding calls from time to time, and the filters are kind of difficult to understand. I always get confused about whether I'm supposed to go through the call tab or the library tab which can be annoying.
I would like to know how can I keep track of all my activities and have better visibility of my cadences. Also the would love to have some improvments on the search.
You can use this for anything you are doing because the primary key we are focusing on is to be able to stay in touch with customers via email, text, call, video meets, etc. and on top of that, Imagine SalesLoft telling you daily how and when to reach specific customers.
One thing I am lacking is the ability to create a flow I can use every day. I would need some help merging an excellent report from Salesforce over to Groove.
