Hi Lauren! Great question, we've had a number of exciting features recently announced including:

-Deal Engagement Score: Don't solely rely on gut instinct and opinions for deal reviews. Triangulate on the deals with the highest likelihood of closed won with our latest machine-learning (ML) driven model.

-Outcome Metrics: Understand the cadences, the steps, the reps, and more that are delivering the most revenue-producing outcomes such as meetings booked and new opportunities created.

-Cadence Frameworks: Industry best practices on cadence structure based on very common use cases, directly injected into SalesLoft.

We've also recently teased out another ML-driven product that'll automatically notice OOO messages, extract relevant info, and then make it so much easier on SalesLoft users to get that info into your customer database to help with future prospecting.

Our product team is laser focused on helping our customers do more great work within a delightful user experience. That includes building in industry best practices, a growing partner ecosystem, with the security and reliability customers can trust.

Thanks for the question!
