Sometimes it's a bit cumbersome to use as an admin, especially when it comes to setting filters, and calls that clearly have labels aren't found with the filters. If these could be enhanced, it'd be perfect.

At times, I would like to hear a calls playback either right away or very soon after. Usually, this is not a feature that is available. Is there a setting or a set up that would make this available?

I work a lot on the road or from my phone. It would be nice to utilize groove in the app form or when I'm sending emails from my gmail, and still be able to track it.

Are there any plans to being able to transfer all the data and analytics from the call to SFDC that would be very helpful if we could have this happen

I always neutral accent, I need valid subtitles or script for my calls, past calls also.

If I log a note in Bullhorn or another CRM, I would like to know how long it takes for the metric to show up in insight squared. This way, I could share the information with the rest of my team as we are always unsure how long it truly takes. 15 minutes or so is what I am thinking.

It will be great if we can have a subscription option with Mindtickle. So that i can subscribe for the courses that i am interested in and also be aware of the new releases and updates on the courses. Also, if you can come up with an app we can access it on our phone and will be more helpful.

How would the quality of voice to text improve overtime?

It would be helpful to get data on calls you make from your phone and not just through a screen share provider. Many of my calls are still through cell phones.

We integrate with Zoom, but I was hoping to understand other tools that the tool can be used together with.

I've had a couple of occasions where I have back to back meetings and the chorus recording is all tied into one recording and only allowed to be associated with one opportunity in salesforce for example and I need to be able to separate those.
