# Can you download a recording that is sent to you via a link?

We want to store the recordings sent to us for training , but only receiving a link that expires.

You can download a recording from shared call links if you are a user logged into Gong.

If the call recording shared is via a public link you can use the browser inspection tool to download the video. Just search download a video from browser inspection tool to do this.
