# Can Nooks replace my signal tools (e.g., UserGems)?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We currently use UserGems for job-change triggers and it's one of our best-performing signals. As we evaluate Nooks, I'm trying to understand how much signal coverage is built in natively — and whether we'd still need to run dedicated tools alongside it or if there's meaningful overlap we could consolidate.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>
