As a sales executive, I leave a ton of voicemails. Is there a way to pre-record my VM for it to automatically play when a customer does not answer? This would make my day a lot more efficient and allow me to make more calls per day to meet KPIs.

One thing my manager and I are struggling to come up with is how to utilize the success button for commission tracking. For instance if I land a meeting with an individual I'll click the success button, but what about booking another meeting with the same individual? Should I make a note in... Read more

as an enterprise SDR in the IT space, I am mainly using gong to record my cold calls for coaching purposes. I am also using it to record external meetings with prospects to take better notes on my conversations. Are there other ways I am not using gong to its fullest extent that I could use it... Read more

If I wanted to understand what the hot topic of a given conversation was, how would I be able to pin-point the most discussed words in the conversation? My idea was to allow editing so that the text is correct while the system automatically generates a note of what the original... Read more

There are a lot of ways to phrase sales propositions, is there a way to get data on how prospects react to saying things in a different manner?

Are you guys having sales meetings to go over calls and analyze them? Or using what you hear and what works to in turn write better sales scripts?

I've never been sure what I can do personally to better improve myself in my role. I'm not a big fan of sitting there and listening to calls, I've never really gotten anything out of that. I'm wondering what other features/benefits Gong has for an individual that wants to use it

We currently use gong during demo calls via Zoom. For outbounding, we create call sequences on mixmax, outreach, and SFDC (all syncing to SFDC). I would love to use gong to record/review those calls but as of yet haven't been able to. Is there a way to do so or, at least, a workaround?

If I catch someone on a call and they want a spot demo, how do I set up the zoom and then add gong so it can record that call?

I really just want to understand how niche can filtering get. Can I filter to call snippets where the customer describes a pain-point only? Can I filter to specific dates and times? etc.
