My Company rehires independant contractors for short term projects, can BambooHR manage this effectively i.e. is the 'ex employee' profile still visible in the talent pool and easy to reassign to a new job?

The future takes vision in the present , I'm curious to know where Hirebook sees itself by end of this year and within the next five. Knowing where a company sees itself now and moving forward. Gives me a great idea of where I and my own company align within that playbook.

We have been using Original Hire Date to show someone's PT hire date then Hire Date to show when they moved to a FT position. We use this to better determine accruals and review dates for rate changes. Would just using the employment status table make more sense for this or does anyone else do... Read more

One dislike thing in Motivosity is expiry of Bucks within a month if we get busy with other task, we are not able to use our Motivosity bucks but really, we have concern about that due to time strain we forget to provide so if it not expires that will be more useful in future - Veera V
