My Company rehires independant contractors for short term projects, can BambooHR manage this effectively i.e. is the 'ex employee' profile still visible in the talent pool and easy to reassign to a new job?

We have been using Original Hire Date to show someone's PT hire date then Hire Date to show when they moved to a FT position. One dislike thing in Motivosity is expiry of Bucks within a month if we get busy with other task, we are not able to use our Motivosity bucks but really, we have concern about that due to time strain we forget to provide so if it not expires that will be more useful in future - Veera V
I find great difficulty in terms of having employee get to the learning content. The most frequent feedback that I received while using SAP for learning purpose it that content is boring, doesnt not have engaging features to keep the employees stay with learning programs.
