**What do you like best about Verint Quality Management?**

As I started using Verint QM it made my task easier to monitor and evaluate agent performance. I am so amazed by the interfaces when playing back Audio and screen recording, and I can easily identify areas of improvement. I can also customize the evaluation forms, whose scoring is more consistent and is aligned with our organization's goals.

**What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?**

There are some instances when I am playing back calls, and playback is a bit slow when loading long calls. I also notice that navigating between different evaluations can take extra steps. I need to take some time to get used to all the features, especially if you are a new user. But once you are familiar with it, it will work fine, and it will make your daily tasks easier.

**What problems is Verint Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verint QM helps me monitor and evaluate agents' performance more efficiently. Before, tracking quality of calls was more complicated, but with Verint QM, I can easily review call recordings, evaluate interactions, and it is quickly identify training opportunities. And it helps me a lot to maintain quality standards and ensure my agents deliver a better customer experience. It saves time and improves my accuracy in all of my quality assessments.

**What do you like best about Verint Quality Management?**

I love that this system is a one stop shop for all contact center needs. In one single solution, you are able to access quality, workforce, speech analytics, reporting, performance management, and so many other business needs. The navigation is also very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?**

The admin pieces of Verint are a little clunky and there are several steps that users need to go through. Also, Assignment Manager is not as user friendly as it could be and there is a delay from when changes are made to when they reflect in the system.

**What problems is Verint Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our evaluators were spending a lot of time manually searching for calls to evaluate for each agent monthly. We were able to implement shared inboxes and all of the manual time that was spent looking for calls is now spent evaluating agents' additional calls to help with agents who are struggling or underperformaning.

Using Verint QM has made my life and the lives of those on my team much easier. It allows us to allocate more time to coaching rather than putting in the sweat equity of searching through calls to find errors. Verint AQM does the hard part, so that the humans can spend their time coaching!

**What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?**

While having many features is a positive, sometimes the uninteded outcome is lower ease of use. There are so many options and so many features, that sometimes it can be overwhelming. I'm looking forward to learning how to better navigate all that Verint can do.

The biggest problem solved is the time spent evaluating calls. It saves so much time!

The flexibility of  being able to see deeper views into customer interactions via the openness if custom data fields,

We extensively use custom data fields for tagging and flagging of interactions either with DPA or post activity SQL scripts.  This openness allows us greater insight into customer interactions then canned products

LImited availability to some fields via API

I like that it saves our agents lots of time. It allows them to manage the quality assessments rather than manually conducting them.

Some of the general UI could be easier to navigate and the initial setup took sometime, but once we got used to it and everything in place - it has been working great.

It really helps with monitor new hires and letting go of employees. It helps to have the QM and KPI scores to compare against the other agents and reference groups.

That we can run the whole staffing agency with this software because we are a telecommunications company as well. And we offer jobs to people that are willing to take calls.

I haven't found anything I dislike quite yet. But I am new to the software to so I need a little more time to play around abs service with it. Then I can leave a better review.

To be honest we are using it for everything! We have increased our recruitment because there is a percentage that we have to meet everyone month and week. So we have been able to track it and stay on track.

Verint Porformance Management is great because it tells you your stats so you know what to work on.

**What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?**

A lot of tabs to click on at first so it can be confusing. There's confusion on how quickly it updates itself so you never know when you did well and that can cause some stress because I like to identify the days when I did well because I try my best to replicate those days. Sometimes I do think that Verint can be a little glitchy but that's every app ever. For the most part, the regular days outnumber the glitchy days. I also think that the performance stats can be a little confusing because of how they are worded.

**Recommendations to others considering Verint Quality Management:**

Start using it sooner than later so you know what to improve. If you're ever curious as to what you're doing wrong or right with your job this is definitely the app you want to be using.

**What problems is Verint Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm really just using it to look at stats. I've realized it's great because it lets me know what to work on so I can be more productive. It seems like an app that keeps up to date with what you're doing. My only confusion with it is how quickly it updates. I'm assuming it's a weekly update on productivity levels because I have days where I do amazingly and I have my slower days where I'm not doing as amazingly. Either way, it's really great for keeping tabs on how productive you are doing and that is the most important factor when it comes to my job. I need to be able to analyze how quickly I get through calls or how long I am taking to wrap up calls. Another really cool thing is that it will even tell you how customers rate you which is super important to me because I want to have a great rating. The benefits seem to be limitless when it comes to this app. Another thing you can look at is your "adherence" which is basically how much time you are spending on different statuses. The biggest one you should be on is available because that means I get to answer more calls and help out more people. It also helps keep track of your breaks and lunches when you need to take those. You can also get personal messages from your management on how you can do better. Sorry for the long review but long story short about this application is that it is beneficial in several ways.

Self sufficient program. Allows all employees to effectively communicate and understand schedules, reports and progress.

There is a delay in reflecting changes made when requesting time off or any schedule changes made by user vs admin

Excellent use for all levels in the company to maintain and obtain necessary information.

All the scheduling issues are resolved, reported and organized in the system.

**What do you like best about Verint Quality Management?**

I am able to see my performance ratings and numbers, whenever I need to. I like the fact that I don't have to wait for a supervisor to show me my scores. It's very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?**

It works well for the most part, but I don't like how the stats don't update in real time. It seems as though it's a delay, at least on my end with my company.

**Recommendations to others considering Verint Quality Management:**

It';s a great tool to use, it's easy to use, and it's easy to understand. Just wish it had real-time up to the minute stats.

It shows me where I need to improve and where I am as far as metrics. It helps me keep pace with my metrics without having to ask someone how I'm doing.

I like having the ability to see my schedule and adherence to that schedule with ease.

The only thing I dislike is not being able to see the variances in my adherence down to the minute.

I have realized that Verint allows me to stay on top of the things I need to throughout the day.

Verint actually shows the adherence and it helps with maintaining accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?**

I do not like that a legitimate status mishap will show up as nonadherence but the team is good at correcting this now before it becomes a problem to even ask about.

No problem solving is needed in Verint itself. The benefits of Verint that I have realized over time is again, the improvement of one's accuracy.

It makes it very easy to measure and track the metrics to measure performance - and the visualizations make it all the more better and helps making planning process better by diverting the resources where they are required in real time.

**What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?**

Creating individual graphs could get a bit tricky, or might require specialized training. Additionally, if you want to make full use of the software - you might need to integrate it with other tools that enhance learning

using it to maintain transparency in the process, view employee’s performance over a period of time and help assign learning goals and training session on individual basis based on areas of development.

There is not much of anything I like about Verint Performance Management.  It scrambles our statistics and rarely loads the correct information.

**What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?**

Verint Performance Management does not load correct information and is inaccurate most of the time, and this is only when it is not completely down and unavailable.  This affects our stats, our schedules, among other things.

**Recommendations to others considering Verint Quality Management:**

Don't bother, it doesn't seem to work properly.

**What problems is Verint Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we solved by using Verint is that we are able to load schedules, stats, shift changes, and goals all into one platform.  That is the only true benefit.

I appreciate my ability to utilize the graphs within the platform and track each of the metrics I am being graded upon.

**What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?**

It can be difficult to create the graphs to document an individuals performance. Not all individuals have access to create these. 

**What problems is Verint Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to better regulate my time and see how other individuals are stacking up. I believe it is useful to view where there are gaps in training and see who may need a check-in on their performance.
