Interface is very user friendly. It's easy to create custom rules, views, etc. Documentation is very well done and complete.

I have found that the product is flexible enough that it is able to meet every scenario I need from it. The zero cost tier of the platform is very generous to test the product.

There are advanced features for things like creating teams, call outs, escalation points. The playbook feature is still pretty basic (basically checklists) but is being improved (and is still helpful in its current forms)

The product team is SUPER responsive. They reach out (roughly) quarterly and offer to meet with you to ensure you are happy with the product and address any complaints or feature requests you may have. They are not at all pushy on these calls, and have given me some great ideas on how I can better use the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really don't have any dislikes. Any issues that I have experienced were addressed with my conversations with the product team.
