What do you like best about SolarWinds IT Incident Response (Squadcast)?

For me, the interface is very intuitive; it's easy to find what needs to be done for open incidents. It's also really easy to create services and integrate alert sources and other tools into Squadcast. The mobile app is really good, too; I depend on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SolarWinds IT Incident Response (Squadcast)?

There can be a little bit of a learning curve on modifying existing alert sources for a service. I'm used to it now, but that's one area where the UI could use some improvement. I'd also like a little more variety in configuring private status pages. Most of the people who need to see status pages are internal users but they're not Squadcast users. So if I need a private status page, I'd probably use another tool for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The squadcast support team is good; they hand hold to onboard/migrate and also support proactively post that. The Squadcast product is feature-rich, I especially like their reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SolarWinds IT Incident Response (Squadcast)?

Pricing can be better for bulk users. On the product, some more granular reporting is required like how many alerts got escalated, etc. Also need a feature to group similar alerts for better analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like all the intergrations aviliable. One that we use the most is Slack Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The design is really cool and the alerting feature is well made, also organizing the schedule is nice.

Initially we struggle a little bit to change shifts when we were oncall, I think now it with the scehdules v2 is better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
