What do you like best about ModMed?

I find ModMed to be an innovative solution that greatly enhances my practice. One of the standout features is its ability for providers to finalize notes on the same day, even with increased patient volume, which avoids additional staffing burdens and streamlines the workflow. I highly recommend ModMed because it significantly increases our productivity while allowing us to reduce staff. The clinical and practice management integration is seamless, providing an all-in-one solution that covers both clinical and administrative needs efficiently. Moreover, ModMed’s versatility adds immense value to our practice, enabling us to handle a variety of tasks with ease. Additionally, the ease of initial setup was impressive due to our electronic-savvy and forward-thinking staff, making the transition smooth and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ModMed?

I find the analytics feature of ModMed to be slow to process, which results in delayed reports. This hampers my ability to make timely decisions based on the data. Additionally, I would appreciate it if ModMed could automatically deliver reports to my inbox. What do you like best about ModMed?

I like the detailed reporting for tracking work ups, testing, time with the doctor, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ModMed?

The "dings" given if a patient chooses not to give an email address for MIPS reporting. There is not an option to bypass it without having a negative impact for MIPS. With our demographic, a lot of our patients do not use email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
