I’m the affiliate manager, and Addshoppers, the product from SafeOpt is one of our strongest-performing partners. Our collaboration is CPA-based, which consistently delivers excellent ROAS. Their email retargeting reaches anonymous visitors, filling a major gap in our funnel and driving a significant lift in conversions.
The platform includes a straightforward dashboard for reviewing campaign strategy and performance, and the integration only takes a few clicks. The reporting is clear and graph-based, making performance easy to interpret at a glance. Working with SafeOpt has been a seamless and highly rewarding experience. The platform truly lives up to its promise of being "set it and forget it"—once implemented, it requires minimal ongoing effort on their part, yet consistently delivers strong, incremental value.
They’ve seen clear gains in sales driven by SafeOpt’s targeted remarketing capabilities, reaching customers who may have otherwise been lost. What’s especially valuable is that these results don’t come at the cost of added complexity for their team. The ease of use and automation behind the scenes make it a no-brainer addition to their marketing stack.
A big part of their success with SafeOpt is thanks to their Client Success Manager, Reagan Savage. Reagan has been a proactive, strategic partner from day one, helping them fine-tune the program to maximize performance. Reagan's insights and optimizations over time have made a measurable impact, and they've been instrumental in helping them get the most out of the platform.

SafeOpt drives incremental revenue for our business from users that we are not capturing on our site with very minimal effort from our internal resources. Our SafeOpt rep is knowledgeable, quick to respond and helpful in getting additional campaigns set up or changes pushed live. I like how much SafeOpt has helped my clients perform in terms of revenue generation, and we seem to be tapping into a lot of new customers through SafeOpt. That's definitely the feature and benefit that I appreciate the most. I also think that the team at SafeOpt is really helpful, and they always have a wide range of knowledge that they're able to share. They're friendly and professional. SafeOpt is really easy to set up, and I don't think anybody's ever complained about the setup process. The clients just need to set aside five minutes to work through the initial setup. Their platform offers great visibility for reports, so I can easily see how well different KPIs are performing, whether it's clicks, open rates, or conversion rates. Link-based coupon codes, instead of a promo code that just gets copied and entered into the cart, are not available for self-service in the latest platform update. Since our coupons are link-based, it's more difficult for us to make changes or set up new campaigns.
