I tend to take video as we are working on jobs throughout the month and then in the last week of each month I'll compile them all, edit a few, and then I can schedule the whole next month of social posts out in about 1-2 hours thanks to later.com. We used to pay around $20k per year for this service with another company - and I still had to create the video content and approve the copy.
