What do you like best about Homebase?

I really like the app feature to ask for shift coverage and the way the app allows users to pick up or deny a potential shift. It saves time from having to reach out to coworkers individually or any nerves about asking in a group chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

It can be annoying to have to sign into the app simply for opening it without being connected to wifi or using service. I don't like being signed out by default, even after I reconnect to wifi/service. It makes me sign in again no matter what. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Homebase?

The efficiency to keep track of hours and wages in one place is very convenient for the everyday busy employee. Login is also very good due to it’s a discrete code that no one knows to sign in. I truly enjoy options as well to get your hard earn money faster. All around a great functional app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

Not really any features to dislike but if there’s one I could poke at is the lag sometimes to sign in I feel face recognition should take long after having set up the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Homebase?

I’ve been using Homebase for over 5 years, and I absolutely love it! The system is incredibly easy to use — everything from scheduling and time tracking to team communication runs smoothly and efficiently. It’s intuitive, reliable, and has made managing day-to-day operations so much simpler.

The user-friendly layout saves me time, and I appreciate that even new team members pick it up right away with minimal training. After trying other platforms in the past, nothing compares to how seamless Homebase makes everything.

"Convenient Time Tracking with Instant Payout, Needs Modern Update"
What do you like best about Homebase?

I love the cashout feature as it comes in handy and is simple to use, and they have an instant payout feature. We integrated Homebase into our Slack, and that's wonderful because we use Slack for everything else. It's easy to trace our hours through Homebase. The initial setup was very easy for our team. What do you dislike about Homebase?

I'd like to see the app itself improved as it looks outdated and old. I think a modern look would be a nice improvement. The homepage doesn't show my earning details; I have to switch over to the money tab to access that information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Homebase for clocking in at work, and it helps my employer know when I start and end working. I like the easy use of Homebase. I appreciate the scheduling feature, which is fast to build schedules and avoids conflicts. The labor reports are also valuable as they help review who is working at what time. I use Homebase for scheduling payroll and time clock. I find the platform helps with easy payroll, employee availability, time off, and shift notes, which really suits my needs.
