**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

I love that you're able to see the impact of different marketing channels in one UI. We're able to quickly see performance by channel and see the direct impact to revenue. It integrates with all our marketing channels including email, web inbound, paid digital, sales efforts and more. We can also see how our channels influence pipeline and closed won accounts.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

There's definitely a learning curve to understanding the UI and which reports would be the most helpful for you. The Calibermind team helps our Marketing Operations team build reports that are useful to the individual contributors on our marketing team. There are also helpful trainings during the onboarding process to get you up to speed on how to use the tool effectively.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the age of zero-click attribution, Calibermind is extremely helpful in helping understand the attribution of our leads and opportunities. This helps us optimize our channels based on CAC and/or ROI to make our marketing budgets more effective.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

I really appreciate CaliberMind's capability of reporting the best campaigns and channels attribution. The power to create funnels and attribution funnels is also something I like because we have a great volume of campaigns in different stages, and the reports help us understand the best stage of the funnel that brings more attribution to the company.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

The UX is confusing sometimes and it's hard to find the reports. The learning curve is high.

I use CaliberMind to get the best attribution channels and campaigns with insightful reports, helping us understand which stages in our funnel bring more attribution. The tool provides the capability to report on the best campaigns and channels attribution, and the power to create funnels and attribution funnels.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

Integrations are easy to set up.

There is a lot of customization available in Calibermind, which allows for adjustments needs for various edge cases.

Drag and drop reporting feature is great for building your building custom reports for more in-dept reporting, while existing out-of-the-box reports are great to leverage high-level.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Schema documentation needs to be kept up-to-date.

There are a few fields that seem redundant, but have different types of context.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calibermind can show how an individual opportunity or account has interacted with marketing touchpoints, so we can have a cohesive story on what brought that deal in.

The multi-touch attribution also helps us build a budget for the year as well as show the efficiency each channel is performing at.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

I really like how robust CaliberMind is. The integrations into Salesforce and Snowflake are fantastic because they allow us to export our attribution data and make it available to all teams. The native dashboards are also fairly easy to use, which adds to the overall positive experience. Pulling data into Snowflake gives us the flexibility to join this data with other sources, providing a better understanding of what's going on. That additional layer of flexibility is a must-have for me.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Some UI changes like having filter logic in native CaliberMind dashboards. It would be good to mirror the report-building capabilities of Salesforce, like multi-select picklists, parameters like contains, and filter logic.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CaliberMind for attribution across marketing, helping us understand marketing impact and ROI. It integrates with Salesforce and Snowflake, allowing data to be joined with other sources for deeper insights. The native dashboards are user-friendly.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

I use CaliberMind for attribution at my health tech company, and I find it really useful for looking at the impact on our pipeline, identifying channels driving the pipeline, and engaging across key accounts. The AI AskCal tool is extremely helpful for creating reports and dashboards that we use in our weekly and monthly team meetings. CaliberMind helps fill the gaps that Salesforce can't, making it easier to attribute different channels and activities to the pipeline and track engagement across accounts and campaigns. Our account manager has been very supportive with initiatives and reporting requests. I love being able to see attribution and overall campaign performance in one place. The AskCal tool really boosts my efficiency by providing outputs in seconds for complex tasks.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

The tool is a bit tricky to use and often times I'm not sure what is being counted under certain channels or campaigns - I usually have to get confirmation from our account manager on what I'm looking at. There's also no integration with the display partners that we use so we have to use a manual spreadsheet tracking process to track display ad performance.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CaliberMind helps fill in gaps that Salesforce can't, showing channel attribution and engagement across accounts clearly. It improves efficiency with quick report generation using AskCal, and aids in resolving pipeline and lead source issues, simplifying our campaign performance insights.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

I appreciate CaliberMind for giving me a clear vision of touchpoints and leads activity, which helps in giving proper credit to each channel and source. I like the 'Person' visualization feature that allows me to have the full picture of each touchpoint and activity. This feature is really valuable as it helps us understand what exactly leads to reaching the SQL stage, especially when our company has multiple offers and touchpoints. Additionally, I find the attribution models of CaliberMind to be more accurate compared to what we used before.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

The breakdown by UTMs can be a bit confusing sometimes. Some parts of the tool are not 100% intuitive, but eventually, you get used to it.

CaliberMind helps me clearly see touchpoints and lead activity, giving proper credit to each channel. The 'Person' visualization offers a full picture of touchpoints, crucial in understanding what led leads to the SQL stage, especially with our varied offers.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

CaliberMind offers more than just attribution features; we also rely on it as our engagement and customer intelligence platform. It allows us to not only track how our campaigns are performing from a sales standpoint, but also to analyze engagement across various marketing touchpoints. I find the company details pages particularly useful. One of the most valuable additions has been Ask Cal, CaliberMind's AI bot, which helps make sense of the extensive data available within the system. Customer Success and support teams are also super responsive and listen to customer feedback for product enhancements. It seems they are very quick to make enhancements as well.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

It can be challenging for users to access and fully grasp the information presented. While this isn't entirely CaliberMind's fault, attribution itself is quite subjective. To accurately interpret the data and uncover the real story, you have to delve deeply into the details to truly understand what the data is revealing.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is helping us identify where our marketing dollars make the greatest impact. Additionally, it offers valuable engagement insights to our sales teams, allowing them to better understand which types of materials their customers are interacting with.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

CaliberMind has been instrumental in bringing together our marketing and sales data, allowing us to gain a comprehensive view of how prospects move through our funnel. It has made it much easier to report on the factors driving our pipeline and to identify where we should focus our efforts.
The platform is also quite customizable which allows us to tailor the set up to our specific needs; this includes the ability to customize our attribution models and dashboards which has been very helpful. It allows us to create views that highlight what matters most to our team. We have also started leveraging buyer journey summaries to give our sales team better insights into prospect and account engagement.
The integrations with Salesforce and our other marketing tools work smoothly, providing a unified perspective on activity across all our platforms.
Additionally, their team is extremely helpful and responsive. We have had a positive experience working with both our dedicated rep and the support staff whenever we've needed help or have questions. Frequent product updates also ensure we regularly have access to new features and functionality.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Adoption among our internal teams has been slower than we anticipated, but that is largely due to our own internal processes rather than issues with the platform itself. The platform offers a great deal of flexibility, which is valuable, but it also means that configuring the tool to fit our specific needs requires additional effort, as does keeping everything updated to match the changes within our organization. There is a learning curve when it comes to setting up dashboards and attribution logic, and some features require a few extra steps to configure just the way we want. However, their team is consistently responsive and helpful, and the regular product updates continue to make things easier.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, it was difficult to get a consistent and comprehensive view of how prospects and accounts interacted across our different channels. With CaliberMind, we can now see all touchpoints consolidated in one location, which helps us understand what truly drives our pipeline. We also have the flexibility to customize our models and reports to focus on the insights that matter most to us. This enables us to provide our sales team with a clearer picture of account engagement, allowing them to prioritize their outreach more effectively.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

CaliberMind is the first tool that has been able to make sense of our massive pool of campaign engagement and opportunity data, giving us true visibility into marketing influence on pipeline, as well as sales performance along the funnel journey - sliced pretty much every which way we could dream up. It provides a level clarity on engagement and channel performance that we have been desperate for as our engine has scaled, and the learnings we're deriving from that can be applied broadly to defined market segments or hyper-specifically for ABM motions.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

There is a steep learning curve, especially for more junior marketers and those new to the concept of attribution, and there can be a lot of nuance to the data depending on how you set it up. It's going to be challenging for us to scale across a large team of marketing strategists, but worth it.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a pervasive duplicate record issue that CaliberMind can handle really well, with strong matching and account aggregation. We have a mature demand gen engine and multiple verticles that make our data very complex, and we have been able to customize our setup to be very deliberate in how we filter and see the information we want to see to answer very specific business questions, for specific markets. The real-time toggling abilities allow us to move quickly and take a more realistic, multi-dimensional stance in our reports-out, and we're finally moving away from manual data manipulation that would take us hours. We can build and adjust reports and data visualizations that are simply impossible to get to in Salesforce or Marketo.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

Strong multi-touch attribution tool, working across all of our systems to join up all the data. Probably the leader in the vendor field. Also includes ABM / Sales functionality for scoring or engagement. Has a large amount of applications for multiple teams with its modules: Attribution, Engagement, Funnel, etc. so its quite an extensive and powerful tool, primarily for Marketing, then Sales. The funniest selling point was 'you may find answers you weren't necessarily looking for', like when something you thought was creating value, actually wasn't.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Complexity of the tool, hard for stakeholders to 'get it', and commit to usage. Requires a large commitment on the customer side to make it a part-time job during integration, and probably a 1/4 - 1/8 time job afterward - otherwise your org won't get value.

The integration should have included more education ongoing throughout the long integration process. Sales needs to be up front that a lot of attribution / data for the models is based on SFDC campaigns, not just activity or other Event data, which was very surprising.

SQL is needed if the out of the box reports aren't aligning with your business workflow. Custom dashboards are not very friendly with self-serve (even with LLM bots, which 'hallucinate' - this isn't a knock specifically to CaliberMind, all LLM bots make up stuff so aren't as useful as they are sold in 100% of cases). 

Even with the other issues, CaliberMind worked through our tough integration, so I don't knock them down, and custom support is great and helpful with fixes.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Injesting and sorting data across multiple streams, that otherwise were difficult, or not able to be joined up. Out of the box attribution, engagement reporting provided multi-channel reporting, which is self-serve for our many marketing stakeholders (who have different channels they focus on). Provided deep insights int Paid Search, but that required some custom SQL on our teams part.
