What do you like best about CaliberMind?

I find CaliberMind immensely powerful and customizable. I really like the ability to configure field availability to slice and dice different views of the data, allowing us to extract deep drill-down insights into performance across teams, individuals, job functions, and more. The integration across our marketing tech stack also stands out, as it pulls insights and data directly into the platform for analysis. The AI buyer journey summary is another feature I appreciate because it provides insight across both sales and marketing into engagements within an account, creating alignment opportunities and visibility for an ABX strategy. What do you dislike about CaliberMind?

Training and onboarding materials could be cleaned up and better organized. It's a steep learning curve, and outdated materials cause confusion for new users. I believe a more robust training and onboarding course dedicated to teaching users based on their role and geared toward current features and functionality would help.
