It allows us to not only track how our campaigns are performing from a sales standpoint, but also to analyze engagement across various marketing touchpoints. I find the company details pages particularly useful. One of the most valuable additions has been Ask Cal, CaliberMind's AI bot, which helps make sense of the extensive data available within the system. Customer Success and support teams are also super responsive and listen to customer feedback for product enhancements. It seems they are very quick to make enhancements as well.
