Previously, the team relied on Netsuite, random spreadsheets, and another outdated tool to report and plan our income statement. By implementing the workforce template, a customized operating expense template, and BS and CFS templates, we saved hours and we're able to quickly model new scenarios in the uncertain times that we live in. Dashboard aspects is still a little weak, and graph editing could be better on the advanced graph editing; as excel is still more capable of that. For organizations looking for a GRC solution or even to make a switch, LogicGate stacks up well and provides a ton of functionality. The biggest factor that sets LogicGate apart from other solutions is again the customizable option as well as the high level of support you will receive. We track many items in LogicGate, but the biggest wins for my team center around tracking of threats and mitigations. If you are like us and have been using a balanced Scorecard for over 30 years. The transition to this system is a breath of fresh air. Project Management - we now have a centralized platform that allows for accountability, transparency and reporting that we previously lacked. Our average caseload has tripled since implementing Onspring.

Contract Management - we now have a central repository for our vendor contracts and extensive reporting and tracking capabilities, providing us oversight capabilities that significantly reduce risk.

Vendor Management - we use Onspring to build out vendor profiles to help paint a more holistic picture of our vendor relationships, including projects, contract and scorecard information. This view used to be manually populated by collecting a lot of siloed information. We use this in preparation for all vendor meetings and helping to make more informed business decisions. The product definitely needs refinement. There are important pieces missing if you want to make SF the sole tool when managing standards and your privacy program.

The developers/team, need a better understand of the different use cases.

The UI/UX is not great.

Onboarding process was not good. But I believe they are improving it.

The TASK feature needs some improvements.

I also use it as a central vendor management platform.

All my internal policies, procedures and documents are logged there.

We were forecasting every part of operating expense including headcount, rent, depreciation, software licenses, contractors, and other project based spending. The storyboard and design of dashboard needs more improvement, currently it can only handle smaller datasets and other visualization tools like Tableau software offers better graphics, visuals and more control over design of dashboards. The results module is very helpful for workflow remediation process, plus the questionnaire can be helpful to get answers or additional information about certain exceptions identified. Monitoring and analytics routines can be performed repeatedly once scripted. Great community, free ideas from inspirations, sample scripts available on the vendor site can help and enable development of new analytic routines. To open grouping level accounting code. we have to click on individual grouping head that is a bit time consuming and chances of missing any head to open is high. While extracting reports system is a bit slower, but otherwise the product is a very good and makes the reports as desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One piece advice just need a good internet connection. Also try to save the file in a new file instead of Hubble extracted file as the formatting is not very good and that file is heavier also. Moreover consolidation and balance sheet preparation is always a task for every company but with this software preparation of balance sheet is just a two minutes command.
