Each year when completing our audit cycles, we know our evidence is valid, where to find it, and that it is linked to the right controls. As a law firm, this is helpful because we are audited not only to maintain our certifications, but by our clients to maintain their business. The C1Risk platform helps us to stay organized and has taken so much overhead off the process of all these audits because we are able to use it for to produce the needed evidence for every audit situation. There is very little to dislike about the product. The only thing I have found is minor UI preferences such as column sizing and such, but it isn’t anything that truly changes the way the product works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

C1Risk has a nice easy and intuitive interface. It supports all of the standards that we need and with the crosswalks, it keeps us from duplicate efforts. This is important since we started with one target certification and then moved to another, based on customer requirements and it was pretty seemless. Without C1Risk, our ISO27001 pursuit would not have been successful. Additionally, they are very open to changes to improve the user experience. All one needs to do is ask! Training. As with most new tools with so many features, understanding how all of them interact with each other and what to do where and when was a uphill climb. C1Risk is a well-designed tool that can be adapted to your needs for all GRC tasks. It allows us to track both our accepted risks (risk register) and our risks that we are working to remediate/mitigate. It is a powerful tool that can map against a large library of frameworks, assign tasks to users, and document evidence for controls. What I like best though is the customer service. I like how the tool has a way to connect anything to everything, which helps us map how things are related. Finding the relativity between assets can help with any sort of metrics, whether it is risk score, or criticality. It can also encourage a thinking about your organization from a wider perspective. It works well to create a secure network for our company. Our company needs to be secure for the sake of medical records and the HIPAA act. It is affordable and does the job Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
