Aleph is an incredible tool that surfaces not only financial data, but also your other software system's data in a single place. I am using Aleph on a daily basis to answer ad hoc questions & requests to other key stakeholders on my team. We are using Aleph to build a holistic reporting environment and the dashboarding capabilities have really reduced the time it takes to generate our monthly reporting packages.

The purchase experience was incredibly smooth. We ran an integration with Aleph out of our ERP as part of the demo process - and despite being skeptical - they were able to deliver and I was impressed before purchase. Aleph is a very intuitive tool that allows all of your ERPs to be pulled from a single source. It has simplified and streamlined my month close process, BvA analysis, and ad hoc capabilities. I also really like that Aleph is an excel add-in, meaning I didn't have to dedicate a ton of time to implement the tool or rework my existing processes, and it's very easy to use for anyone familiar with excel. Such as with any new or existing tool, there are the occasional bugs, but these are very minimal and quickly resolved by the Aleph team. I appreciate how easy Aleph was to implement—our team successfully synced it with our ERP system in just 15 minutes. The platform’s flexibility in creating and modifying dimensions within each table is a major advantage. Aleph provides a highly flexible and user-friendly platform for FP&A tasks - was up and running in less than a month. It seamlessly integrates with our data sources and allows for easy configuration of any data modelling needs for reporting. The ability to use their web app, excel or google sheets to access data means reporting is truly fully customizable and easy to manage. It genuinely adapts to the way we work, rather than forcing us to adapt to the software. This has made our financial reporting and planning process more efficient and data-driven. We used to manually consolidate financial statements and KPIs from several disparate systems in an inaccurate excel file and spent time constantly chasing bugs in that file.
