Primarily, we needed an easy way for guests to book a stay with us - and an easy way for our employees to know who was coming, when, where they were staying, for how long, etc. This solves all of these issues. It has added the functionality of improving our internal communication to housekeeping staff, security staff, etc. We are excited to utilize the texting feature for more upselling to guests who are on site - letting them know about yoga classes or specials at our restuarants.
