**What do you like best about CiiRUS?**

We've had a great experience using Ciirus. The platform offers powerful tools for Revenue Management and Listing Optimization that are both effective and easy to use. Their team is knowledgeable and responsive—always ready to help when questions come up. It’s clear they care about helping property managers succeed. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

While Ciirus offers a variety of self-help resources, I often find that they don’t quite get me to the finish line. More often than not, I end up reaching out to a Ciirus rep for guidance—and honestly, that’s where the real value is. Their team is always helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to get me back on track.

**What problems is CiiRUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits for me is having all our reservation information in one place. It makes things so much easier—no more jumping between systems or digging through emails. Ciirus helps keep everything organized and accessible, which saves time and cuts down on mistakes. It’s just a smoother way to manage bookings and guest info.

**What do you like best about CiiRUS?**

CiiRUS has been instrumental in my business. From starting as a traditional Property Manager who needed to learn the ropes quickly to becoming an Operator of my very own Company, CiiRUS has been with me through this journey and has shown me that I can count on them every step of the way. Their staff is patient and informational, their management is reliable and dedicated. Easy to use, seamless integration, daily reliability, I could not have asked for better. I am forever grateful and plan on being part of the CiiRUS team indefinitely.

Every growing company has growing pains.

**What problems is CiiRUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CiiRUS's ability to connect to Airbnb in real time and adjust listing descriptions, rates, and pics on the fly is instrumental in keeping my listings up to date.

**What do you like best about CiiRUS?**

CiiRUS is a very extensive rental management software.  Our company has been with them for years and we have seen them grow considerably due to the fact they strive to keep up with demands and changes in the industry.  Recently, they have made a renewed effort to work with their customers to develop the tools to make managing rental properties easier.
They have also hired more technical support staff to answer questions and help their customers when the need arises.

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

At one time the technical support staff was very challenging to work with CiiRUS has been working to resolve this issue.

**What problems is CiiRUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CiiRUS deals with all aspects needed to run a vacation rental company.  Modules include Owner Accounting, Unit Calendars, Onwer Payments, Guests Payments, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
CiiRUS also provides for a connection with third party marketing software including VRBO, Airbnb and many others.

**What do you like best about CiiRUS?**

There are many things about Ciirus that I could name - they are the most fantastic team of people to work with for over 16 years. Nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond to get problems sorted. Every team member is friendly and works efficiently. They keep me updated with regular newsletters. Their support is next to none. If I cannot find the answer straight away there is always somebody at the end of the phone line to give me the information that I require. Nothing is too much trouble. The system has been a Godsend to me and my business as its quite easy to use and I use it daily.

To me there are no downsides to working with Ciirus

Very glad that Ciirus can be used on Mac and phone.
Ciirus is constantly updating features to give better use of system.
Great support team, even in weekends. 
I use it many times daily.

Features in the past that was not the smoothest has been constantly changing for the better, so it is actually nothing that I do not like about Ciirus!

Ciirus lets me book vacation homes in the most easy way.
Some years back, I was part of a management company and had the benefit of using Ciirus for that purpose also, which was most delightful.

Ciirus was a game changer for us, so much easier to manage our houses with this PMS, love the accounting functions and task manager options. In general we are satisfied.

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

For the moment the connection to booking.com is down, which for some people might not be a problem but we do have a fair amount of reservations from them.

Integration with multiple platforms and comprehensive integrated accounting.

Everything. Literally with having sacrificed so much after 2 horrible solutions, they have helped us through a super fast implementation to stop the bleeding as quick as possible. That is the best customer service ive ever seen. they truly care about the success of their clients and that goes a long way. They are local (us based). Fair priced and seriously all in one solution.

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

Really nothing that i dislike much. I would love an app but that doesnt stop the usage being beneficial.

All my boxes have been checked from accounting to the booking platform and communication etc.

**What do you like best about CiiRUS?**

Its one of the best guest reservation management tools. The features are very good and easy to use. The user interface is good and interactive. It automatically creates the statements for the user.

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

There are a few glitches in it. Customer support can be a little better. Getting in touch with a customer support is very difficult.Rest I have not used it for long time.

It was creating and managing the reservations. Creating dashboard for easy insights.

The ability to create your own reports based upon the information you are looking for and save in PDF or Excel Format.

Users should be able to reopen statements themselves without contacting Ciirus support.

It helps to balance inventory and the calendar view allows you to see dates close to sell out to assist with property revenue management.

It helps you to save time since you can sync the software with other applications!

I would say that the only thing I don't like about Ciirus is that it doesn't have a CRM where you can download the guest's information.

If you're a company starting in the hospitality business, I would definitely recommend you this software, it's effective, easy, and super helpful!

**What do you like best about CiiRUS?**

If there were not so many glitches and I could get training, I think the accounting and reporting functions would be nice.

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

I had Lodify as my vacation rental software and was fairly happy with but as my business began to grow, I wanted to move to a platform that would offer more robust reporting and automation. After speaking with the Ciirus salesperson I decided to go with them. I was assured their system would give me everything I was looking for including the functionality I needed, training, communication with a live person and continuous customer support. I was also told I could have my website and software up and running without 30-45. I signed up with Ciirus in Aug 2020, paid them $2500 up front and 4 months later, and I still do not have a live website and I am limping along training myself on how to use the software.  I have spent numerous hours creating help desk tickets to find out simple information that should be explained or I encounter one of the many many 'glitches' in the software.  I have felt like I am a major pain because I do have questions.  I have heard over and over again when I have asked for help that they are very very busy. 
I had an hour training call scheduled and really needed the time to learn the accounting functions of the software.  Over 10 minutes into the call, the employees were discussing office politics while I waited for someone to respond to me. I was forced to interrupt their conversation so we could get started. We spent the next 45 minutes going over why a reservation was not showing the correct amounts (which had to be done prior to the month end training we were scheduled to discuss).  Once this correction was finally made, we went on to go over the monthly accounting process where my trainer was clearly doing something else and again I felt like I was bugging the crap out when I had a question, which by the way I had to repeat because she was not listening to anything I was saying.  We ended the call without my understanding what i was supposed to learn because both employees were way too busy to help me. I ended up spending my weekend learning the system myself. A little training could have saved me a lot of my time which is clearly not important at all to Ciirus. But they are soooo busy.
I do not recommend Ciirus. At this point, I have paid them and invested time with them and I do not have another option so I am stuck.

Do not pay $2500 up front, make sure they do what they say they are going to do.

They are my vacation rental software. I have been able to use them for my reservations and channel management.

**What do you like best about CiiRUS?**

I like best how it shows the booking schedule. Visually it is very easy to see our availability and I like how it shows in different colors depending where the booking is coming from. It is a useful tool to keep track of all your reservations and income generate from each of the properties in an specific date. I also like the way I can see occupancy rates through their occupancy reports. 

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

Ciirus' technical support is a mess. It is impossible to get in touch with them to find solutions to our problems. They are the ones managing our website through their system and it goes offline multiple times in one day. This is a huge problem for the company because every time we are offline, we loose money. I also dislike that you can't define the order in which you want to see the properties when they display in the booking schedule. Also, we have to stick to their format, if we have specific needs, there is no way we can get a solution. It has to be done only their way. We also have had many problems with bookings, sometimes the total amount booked shows as $0 not only to us but to our clients.

Be advise that Ciirus has a terrible customer service and that you will need to deal with any problem on your on. 

**What problems is CiiRUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can look at occupancy rate and financial statements.so we can define strategies to improve our business and increase revenue. We have all our bookings integrated in one system. You can synchronize it with different OTA's (Online Travel Agencies), which is a huge benefit since we don't have to upload prices, minimum night stays  and property information to all of them.

**What do you like best about CiiRUS?**

The program has interchangeable user interfaces, different skins so if you have more than one window open for different properties you can change the design scheme to tell the difference quickly. There are many different reports you can create, more than my company uses, which can show you an endless combination of information. This isn't always easy to access as you have to have all data saved locally to your computer to do so.

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

It is clunky to move around in. To access different features you have to change which tab you are in up top to be able to see those menu options and then click on which feature you'd like to use. For instance the two most used features at my place of business is the bookings manager and work orders. Both of which are under two separate tabs, meaning you have to click on one tab, wait for it to load, and then click on the correct feature and wait for that to reload before continuing what you were doing. When you are expected to be bouncing around from tab to tab while on the phone with a guest it definitely takes up some valuable time. They need to streamline the way you access features within one reservation. The fact that I can't look up a property (or room #) and from that same page make a work order for that guest or process a refund for that guest, is extremely inefficient.

**Recommendations to others considering CiiRUS:**

I do not know anything about pricing when it comes to Ciirus, all I know is that my company has switched services and will be using a new software in the next few days. In terms of programs that Ciirus works along side we have used both BeHome and Point Central and Ciirus seems to have had problems with both. If your company uses or would like to use either of those systems, I do not recommend Ciirus

**What problems is CiiRUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company has actually decided to switch to another program. Due to the way that Ciirus interacts with other programs we use for our properties it was no longer an asset. Ciirus will constantly glitch and turn on or off features that we did not tell it to within other programs. Ciirus has many features including a tab to which you can write comments for that reservation, a tab where you can add guests, housekeeping services, extras for the guest, and an overview of payments taken.

**What do you like best about CiiRUS?**

An item that I would like to point out to be the best is to have more than one employee viewing a work item at a time. It is nice to be able to share or review other employees work items so we can work towards the mutual solution on a specific problem. Even if employees are out sick or on Paid leave time, projects and work items can easily be managed or moved to other team members. 

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

An item that I dislike with Ciirus is that the software at some times can be a bit slow or unresponsive. I feel as though it happened to me at my job at least once a week where there was sometime of a lag in the system. Usually if there was a problem it would be fixed fairly quick but still can impact workloads during the day. This in result can slow down production or solutions in the work place. 

**Recommendations to others considering CiiRUS:**

If you ever struggle or need help with the program reach out to coworkers, managers or even support. It is a lot to handle at first but once you learn it you will do great.

**What problems is CiiRUS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are saving ourselves more down time to review emails and benefits. This program is very efficient and it saves us a lot of time with doing our job. A lot of benefits have been noted but most of all we have collaborated more team working skills.

It is incredibly easy to use and navigate through. You don't have to be a professional to learn the ropes of using this software, which I love!

**What do you dislike about CiiRUS?**

I wish the Rental Exchange feature was easier to access without costing so much. That is the only downfall.

I would definitely recommend due to its user friendly capabilities.

We are using this software to help with online booking of our rental house in Arkansas.

IT did its job in the beginning. As our company grew they couldn't keep up.

Random updates with out notice, Crashing seemingly with out reason, Two factor authorization buggy.
