Can't think of anything, really. I guess I sometimes ask for tech changes and they takes some time to implement.

**What problems is iGMS (formerly AirGMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run 8 glamping sites on my property, and I am able to manage all of them with ease thanks to iGMS. All software have their issues, but whenever something comes up, iGMS support is speedy with their response. An incredible tool for str management!

**What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)?**

I particularly like that (1) it receives the prices I need from PriceLabs, adjusts them for each channel, and feeds them on correctly, (2) working with the calendar is efficient and it syncs quickly, (3) supports AirBnb co-host integration, (4) my cleaning team can access the calender, (5) it integrates with my home heating setup, and (5) the customer support is super responsive.

**What do you dislike about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)?**

It only works with AirBnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. At the moment, these are the only 3 channels I need, but it could be an issue in future or with other properties. But everything else worked well and I don't plan on needing other channels.

I needed an application to feed my custom/dynamic pricing data into my channels and ensure effective syncing of channel calenders.

Customer service, always helpful. Always quick. Even with things they need to go away and find out they reassure you that they are still working on it and will be in touch.

Platform is easy to use, doesn't take much explaining.

Website building is basic. Notifications on email, app, txt are basic. Could have more training videos e.g for reports

Issue tasks to cleaners , don't have to separately text. All info is set when task is assign to cleaner.

IGMS has made the process move a lot smoother and easier. Having everything in one place and being able to manage it all under one umbrella has made my life easier. Added bonus to connecting the users to a platform for getting units cleaned. I’m happy with the service provided.

I don't like the time delay with the message portion. Incoming messages have a delay and are not instant.

It bundles all platforms that I host on together. This allows a one stop shop and also removed double booking. Having everything under one umbrella saves time.

I like the scheduled messaging featuring and the ability to manage multiple properties and channels in one place. It makes it easier to manage my business with less clicks.

I haven't been able to take full advantage of the direct booking feature. I set it up but I cant find an easy to send out offers to my past guests using IGMS so I can begin collecting direct bookings. It would also be helpful if there was a way to capture everyones emails from other channels.

Its solving the issue of managing too many channels and doing too many clicks to operate a STR / Vacation Rental business. Having everything in one place is much more time efficient.

**What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)?**

I tried many different channel managers before deciding iGMS was by far the best solution. It offers a ton of functionality that makes it easy to run a short term rental across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct bookings - like a unified inbox w/ multiple users, automated guest messaging, cleaner management, and syncing with PriceLabs. While they have an ok mobile app (works on the go), the experience is very good on desktop.

As a bonus, I'm also about to create a direct booking website using their WordPress widget, which integrates reservations directly into their platform.

**What do you dislike about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)?**

5 stars for being way ahead of the competition, but there are a few areas of improvement iGMS has needed for a while:
-The app is slow and doesn't display a 30 day calendar of bookings on a single screen like (PLEASE add this!!!)
-Automated messages can't be sent on a specific day of the week (trash reminders, etc). I have to use hosttools.com in addition for this.
-Can't add a security deposit to the direct booking charge via Stripe

With iGMS, I'm always confident that my calendar is completely synced across platforms, pricing is up to date, my guests are well informed, and my cleaners will always show up. Anytime I have a question, customer service gets back to me via chat within the same day. 100% worth the $16 a month subscription.

We are only small, a single property but listed on several sites and our own website.  iGMS has helped streamline everything for us from Communication with Guests, allocation jobs to the cleaner or maintenance staff.  Their response to support issues is fantastic, they are so prompt and always follow up on queries, they also listen to future feature requests.  iGMS is just great!

A few more integrations with other sites would be handy, but it can be done manually as well, so not a big issue.

IGMS has quickly become the gold standard for managing short term rentals. I luckily stumbled upon iGMS before launching my first short term rental and was so glad I did. There are a lot of other tools on the market, but iGMS is sure to become the leader because of their continual effort to expand and improve the capabilities of the software.

**What do you dislike about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)?**

The iGMS team is continually working to expand and improve the capabilities of the platform, but there are some things that still need work:

- Direct bookings module is a bit clunky for guests trying to book more than a few months out
- There is currently no way to obtain a damage deposit for direct bookings
- There is no auto-responder functionality that will automatically reply to guest messages/inquiries

The only CMS that can handle VRBO/Expedia without losing the payment portal. App can be laggy, but browser experience is solid. Software architecture superior to competitors like HostAway and Guesty.  Doesn't hurt that is was fully half the price of HostAway/YourPorter.

A few bits and pieces could be updated, but nothing critical.

Being new to renting our property, IGMS was exactly what we were looking for to consolidate all calendars into one location, automate responses and check up on things in one centralized location. IGMS does exactly what we need it to do so that managing bookings for my property is easy! Communication with them has been great and they are always willing to answer my questions and offer help as needed.

It does take a bit of time to get it set up and learn how to navigate and use the features.  But there are lots of instructions and IGMS is great about answering any of your questions.

**What problems is iGMS (formerly AirGMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to manage my rental property across multiple platforms.  IGMS was the answer!  My calendars are consolidated into one and it updates very quickly so that I avoid double booking.  I can change the pricing in one calendar and it updates all of them. Automated responses to guests have saved me lots of time! Once it is all up and running, it's pretty easy to use and makes managing my property across multiple platforms much easier!

Cannot set weekly discounts, my direct bookings see a nightly prices even if they book 1 or 10 night they don't get a discount. Wound be good if I could set discounts after 4/5 nights, 7 nights and 28 nights.

This system allows for me to manage 9 rental properties as easily as managing 1.  It links AirBnB and VRBO seamlessly and automates reviewing and notifying guests of any info I was having to manually send out.  A MUST HAVE!

Overall, we've had a great experience with the platform. As hosts of a busy lake house it's been great to have a snapshot on that platform as well as VRBO. It's easy to use and super intuitive. Overall super happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone hosting on multiple platforms.

Only call-out is sometimes something goes wonky where it's not blocked and is actually booked on VRBO and it's showing open on AirBnB. it's only happened 2-3 times.

We have been using the tool from the very beginning and very much pleased with their functionalities, ongoing improvements and fantastic support. Our firm is in Hawaii where vacation rental business has a very high volume and turn around. this tool has been stressed tested by us and we recommend it to anybody who want to automate the management ranging from a few units to hundreds.

I came to AirGMS first to be able to share calendar information with our housekeeping people, after having issues with google calendar. I also think I'll really like all the messaging templates once I get them set up. I know there's lots more to explore. Thanks!

It seems that the calendar is working well--I'm still going back and forth to the Airbnb app, but I think that will lessen over time. I'm still checking in with the cleaning people by text to make sure they are on top of it, but once I know they are checking as they should I can ease up. 

I know this app will be a great help as we expand our listings to other rental agencies! As soon as I feel things are running smoothly I will explore those options.

I enjoy that all aspects work effortlessly. I am able to change what I need to change & numbers in the spreadsheet section are accurate. The automation is perfect & the whole process is super simple to set up.

There isnt much I dislike a about this software. Honestly, the only complaint I have is the separation of Vrbo & Airbnb but I believe they are still working on the vrbo side of things to make it even better.

Try it out & see how it goes. It is a super easy integration & the support is easy to contact.

This application literally has fixed every issue I have had with Airbnb and VRBO integration. It seemlessly integrates them. The automated messages are awesome as well as the cleaning task feature. Instead of manually updating my maid she has access to all my calendars and gets a notification every time someone books. I estimate that this app will save me 500 hrs and I have four properties.

The VRBO delay needs to be fixed. Also, please add the automated VRBO review.

Communication platform with multiple account. The template generator are easy to use. It's easy to leave reviews in bunch but I miss the time where we could see if a guest already left us a review, or not.

**What do you dislike about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)?**

It's not efficient to change the price directly on the platform since we can't modify the availability setting. The integration of new account has been an headache lately. We don't have a lot of information about what's coming next .. will we be able to completely synchronise our account with VRBO/Homeaway. 
The app is lagging and we always need to close, refresh and reopen. Airgms should let the admin to set an alarm for a To-Do. For example : setting an alarm to let the guest know if an early check-in is possible 24H before their arrival. The to-do list is convenient but I think it'd be a big add-on to set an alarm.

The communication with the guest mostly & the review which we do in bunch 3-4 time per month. We use tools created on Google Sheet to manage our cleaning schedule. We use the calendar the verify the check-out date (cleaning date).

Maybe its there and I didn't know but I can't seem to personalize the notifications if I have few properties and I just want Property 1 notifications to go to manager 1 and Property 2 notifications to manager 2 so manager 1 is not bombarded with Property 2 notifications. Hope it makes sense, if it's there then I would certainly like to know how can I program it if not then I would request you to consider adding this feature.

Airgms has been a pivotal component in my growth through out the past year. 
I would not have been able to expand the way I did without this software. I was able to more than double in size (21 properties to 45) while reducing the amount of administration that was required. 
What I like most about airgms is they are continually reaching out to theor clients  to get our input on new features they can add to improve.

Nothing to date. This  software has helped me immensely.

More management functions. Consider who your Airbnb clients would be - People with several listings, possibly a co-host and definitely a cleaner. Also, consider the co-host and cleaner most likely has other customers and it doesn't make sense to have them use several accounts. They should be able to "sync" into multiple host accounts from one "service provider" account.

Using Airgms to manage multiple listings has simplified communications and calendar management allowing us to focus on guest satisfaction. We would definitely recommend this for anyone with more than five Airbnb listings.

There are several feature additions that we are interested in seeing in the future. What's nice is that we feel like we have the opportunity to connect with the customer service team and even the developers to pass along our requests for improvement or new features.

Maybe there could be multitple login ids to a single account. And you could keep track of who responded to which guests. Someone we see a weird response and we want to know which of our team members wrote it.
