What I appreciate most about RentalReady is the ease of use of the platform, the smoothness of implementation, and the quality of customer service. The tool centralizes all the essential actions to manage my properties, which saves me valuable time every day. The processes are clear, fast, and reliable, even for new properties. What do you dislike about RentalReady?

The accounting aspect for service providers still lacks visibility and clarity. Cleaning agents do not have access to a summary dashboard with their completed, uncompleted tasks, and the associated amounts. As a result, they frequently send me invoices that do not always match the RentalReady schedule, which leads to unnecessary manual checks. What do you like best about RentalReady?

What I like the most about RentalReady is that it is reliable and intuitive for day-to-day operations. As an account manager for a conciergerie, I use it to centralize all guest communication, manage check-ins and check-outs and centralize the apartments and their listings as wells as their calendars. Everything is in one so it makes it easy to have an apartment out on different platforms and not stress about having to deal with availability, pricing, communication coming from all of the platforms

It really streamlines the entire operational workflow, and in case I need anything and any issue occurs I can easily communicated with the customer service. Very helpful and responsive

The support team is highly responsive and always quick to provide clear, effective solutions whenever I reach out with a question or problem. What do you like best about RentalReady?

We use RentalReady to manage the reservations we receive from several booking platforms. You can do everything from a single software! From the moment the guests inquire for a property until they checks out (reviews). Inbox app is flawless as well. You can add tags, you can add notes, you can even message guests via Whatsapp! What do you dislike about RentalReady?

Not dislike but I think what needs improvement is the AI Staff. I know it feeds off the info that we put in each listings but sometimes they don't sound human on their replies. I think the AI needs to be trained more to mimic the tone of our messages. AI Staff is a really powerful tool and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RentalReady?

RentalReady is a smart way to manage your rentals.

1. It integrates easily with rental platforms, which is superb.

2. The features are complete and very easy to use and understand.

3. great tool to help you stay organized and save time

4. Plus the customer support always answers in a timely manner and always provides the right support I need

5. Guest communication feature is also good - although I highly suggest making a compatible app for phone if we need to check our rentals from time to time.

What do you dislike about RentalReady?

onboarding new properties can be a bit time-consuming. Some useful integrations are still missing, like Minut, although it’s planned in a future update. The platform can also be a bit overwhelming at first due to the large number of features, which makes the initial setup a bit long.
