**What do you like best about RentalReady?**

What I appreciate most about RentalReady is the ease of use of the platform, the smoothness of implementation, and the quality of customer service. The tool centralizes all the essential actions to manage my properties, which saves me valuable time every day. The processes are clear, fast, and reliable, even for new properties.

**What do you dislike about RentalReady?**

The accounting aspect for service providers still lacks visibility and clarity. Cleaning agents do not have access to a summary dashboard with their completed, uncompleted tasks, and the associated amounts. As a result, they frequently send me invoices that do not always match the RentalReady schedule, which leads to unnecessary manual checks. A dedicated module or better tracking would greatly improve consistency and save everyone time.

RentalReady allows me to solve several recurring issues in my business: managing booking flows, coordinating between owners, travelers, cleaning and maintenance teams, as well as centralizing information. What I like the most about RentalReady is that it is reliable and intuitive for day-to-day operations. As an account manager for a conciergerie, I use it to centralize all guest communication, manage check-ins and check-outs and centralize the apartments and their listings as wells as their calendars. Everything is in one so it makes it easy to have an apartment out on different platforms and not stress about having to deal with availability, pricing, communication coming from all of the platforms

It really streamlines the entire operational workflow, and in case I need anything and any issue occurs I can easily communicated with the customer service. Very helpful and responsive

What I like best about RentalReady is how simple it makes my work. I manage several properties, and before, it was stressful keeping track of cleaning schedules and updates. With RentalReady, everything is in one place, so I can easily see what’s been done and what still needs attention. It saves me time, keeps me organized, and makes it so much easier to keep both the cleaners and clients happy.

What I dislike about RentalReady is that sometimes the system can feel a little slow or clunky, especially when switching between properties or uploading photos. It would be even better if everything loaded faster and the app felt a bit smoother to use.

The support team is highly responsive and always quick to provide clear, effective solutions whenever I reach out with a question or problem. The platform itself is simple to use and very intuitive, which has made handling our daily tasks much smoother and more efficient. One of our main goals was to find a tool with robust automation features, and RentalReady delivers on that—covering almost all of our requirements while saving us considerable time and effort.

**What do you like best about RentalReady?**

We use RentalReady to manage the reservations we receive from several booking platforms. You can do everything from a single software! From the moment the guests inquire for a property until they checks out (reviews). Inbox app is flawless as well. You can add tags, you can add notes, you can even message guests via Whatsapp! I love that you just need to use one software daily and you can do everything from there.

**What do you dislike about RentalReady?**

Not dislike but I think what needs improvement is the AI Staff. I know it feeds off the info that we put in each listings but sometimes they don't sound human on their replies. I think the AI needs to be trained more to mimic the tone of our messages. AI Staff is a really powerful tool and very helpful.

Task Management - Its easier to assign, view updates and follow up tasks. Its a really great tool especially if you are in a team and you need someone to focus on a specific task.

RentalReady is a smart way to manage your rentals. 

1. It integrates easily with rental platforms, which is superb. 
2. The features are complete and very easy to use and understand. 
3. great tool to help you stay organized and save time
4. Plus the customer support always answers in a timely manner and always provides the right support I need
5. Guest communication feature is also good - although I highly suggest making a compatible app for phone if we need to check our rentals from time to time.

Bottom line? RentalReady helps you run your rental business more efficiently, with less stress and more control.

I have one feature that is still isn't back - it's the option to download filtered reports, such as tickets being created for our properties. We used to have this before but I think it's among the things deleted when they updated the site.

Rental Ready has been incredibly helpful in my role as a Guest Service Manager for Maintenance. 
The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for us to access property details. Guest communication is seamless, as all messages from different booking platforms are consolidated in one place. Additionally, editing existing listings or adding new ones is straightforward and efficient.

onboarding new properties can be a bit time-consuming. Some useful integrations are still missing, like Minut, although it’s planned in a future update. What I particularly appreciate about RentalReady is the centralization of bookings from different platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and the ease of use of the interface. The system allows for considerable time savings in the daily management of listings, calendars, and payments. The support is responsive, and certain features like automated messages and the integrated payment module are real assets in a high-volume business.

The overall cost is relatively high, especially when managing a large volume of properties — between the fees per property and transaction fees, it represents a significant budget. Some features could be improved, such as the onboarding of listings which is not always simple, and flexibility on certain automations.

RentalReady allows for the efficient centralization of multi-platform management (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO...) into a single tool. We use Rental Ready for the short-term rental of 500 properties. This tool is essential and has met our expectations and addressed our issues on many topics.

The interface is clear and well-designed, which makes it easy to use. One of the great advantages of the software lies in the centralization of bookings from different platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), with efficient calendar synchronization and automated messages that save valuable time.

The tool allows for smooth communication between each team member and precise tracking of our maintenance issues. A precise tracking of our travelers' satisfaction.

The customer support is responsive, however, we are awaiting developments on certain aspects that would allow us to optimize our daily management.

RentalReady has a cost, however, it is an excellent choice for professionals who need large volume management.

Some areas for improvement, however: the mobile app deserves to be more comprehensive, and the handling of the web interface more fluid and less slow.

- Customer service regularly lacks clarity in responses to travelers, the feedback is not personalized enough or sometimes takes too long, but this is gradually being corrected.
- A traveler space that does not allow offering all available internal services (late checkout, parking), which deserves to be better thought out for a more effective conversion funnel.
- The mobile version of the software could be even more responsive.

It is very easy to use and the functions to each tab are really helpful. Very smooth in terms of guest communication too plus, the ease of putting in information for each of our listings is superb.

There are just a few times it is down but it only takes minutes and it will be back up again. I guess just the team doing maintenance.

We have reallyWe have really enjoyed using the RentalReady platform since onboarding with them in November last year. We manage around 300 units in London and it's a system setup for larger property managers. We especially like the central inbox with AI integration which has been able to handle around 35% of our guest messages autonomously which has saved us around £2000 in costs per month.

The platform has a range of automations and features which we have found very useful, they have a lot of data fields you can input which then help you to automate a lot of the work day to day. We use their open API to connect RentalReady to our other systems which helps managing a large portfolio at scale. Their team are very helpful and release a lot of new features regularly.

**What do you dislike about RentalReady?**

The only downside to RentalReady is it has a lot of features we have already built in our own system but for a property manager which means we are paying for features we don't use but for other property managers who want an off the shelf solution it has everything you need to run ops effectively.

Short term rentals at scale becomes a game of trying to bring all of your data into one place to make decisions about what you need to focus on in your homes. RentalReady gives us this insight and allows us to automate a lot of processes in short term rental management

Fluid and practical platform to use. Prioritize data on the main menu. The availability of support teams in case of an anomaly (BUG at very low frequency), it is always appreciated to have a constructive, relevant, and quick response in case of a problem.

The platform is unfortunately not yet very well adapted for use on a phone; however, it is still possible to use it.

The global calendar (400 accommodations) deserves to be worked on in terms of layout.

Working in customer service, it would be interesting to have a global history of a client. (Issues, booking habits, preferences, with data/statistics)

Working for a concierge service (agency) for 4 years now, we use Rental Ready on a daily basics in our work. The platform is more than essential for us : it is a real reference PMS for managing reservations, communicating with travelers, optimizing ads, referencing on platform like Airbnb or Booking, and for organizing internal schedules for examples. It is perhaps the most complete PMS in terms of optimization and time saving for a concierge service. In addition, Rental Ready benefits from exceptional customer service with dedicated agents to help you if necessary. Really the best PMS you can choose !

I can't say that I dislike something about this PMS, they make my everyday of job easier
