**What do you like best about Streamline?**

It keeps everything organized, saves me a ton of time, and their support team is actually helpful when I need them.

I honestly haven’t run into any real downsides, it’s been reliable and does exactly what I need.

I used to track reservations on a paper spreadsheet, which was stressful and left a lot of room for error. Now everything is in one place, organized, and easy to manage.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline primarily solves problems related to inefficiency and disorganization in workflows. By automating routine tasks and organizing information systematically, it reduces the time and effort required to manage projects. This leads to faster completion times and lower costs.

For users, these benefits translate into more focus on strategic tasks rather than administrative burdens, potentially leading to higher job satisfaction and better overall performance. **What do you like best about Streamline?**

Streamline has an open API so it is able to be connected to a multitude of third-party sites that ultimately make the job of the vacation rental management company easier and smoother (when things are working the way they should...) . They are always thinking and pushing the software forward and there are so many opportunities within the software to make it mold and fitted for your business. I know we don't use a lot of the more detailed functionality Streamline provides because we haven't seen a need for it yet, but I am sure it helps larger VR businesses too. Streamline ultimately helps us keep our reservations and accounting in order as we manage 45-50 vacation rental properties.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Because they are always pushing forward, Streamline often does not aptly address the bugs and issues in the current system. I think it has been a huge concern for the majority of their clients, and they are updating and releasing new approaches to these challenges, but the most frustrating parts of Streamline still remain- their customer support team. When you encounter an issue in the system, which is more frequent than I would like, you have to go through a long ticket system where the Streamline support staff don't fully understand your question and it goes back and forth, back and forth. If, on the small chance you are able to get ahold of someone on the phone, they will solve the issue to a point, and then say they will continue working on it and give you a call back, which does not come. Their customer support staff is well-intentioned but often fail at understanding the root of the issue within an acceptable amount of time, and often ill-equipped to fully address the root cause of the issue once you finally even get to that step. This frustrating cycle has happened time and time again to a number of different people on my staff, and other companies we know in the VR industry, so we know it is not just one person's lack of communicating the issue well. 

That being said, if and when you finally escalate the issue (in usually about a month or two) to the top, they are usually able to assist and handle it well.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and booking properties has been made easy and seamless with Streamline. Vendor and owner account has, for the most part, been made easy with Streamline as well. It is easy to push all of our properties out to the multitude of third-party booking sites and have the reservations come directly into the system.

Streamlined designs tend to be sleek and modern, which makes them really nice to look at.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

In design, like in architecture or product design, streamlining can sometimes make everything look too similar. This might mean losing unique features or historical details, which can make designs feel less diverse and interesting.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining boosts efficiency by removing unnecessary steps, cutting costs, and simplifying interfaces, which improves user satisfaction. In engineering, it reduces aerodynamic drag, enhancing performance and fuel efficiency. It also helps manage large amounts of information more effectively.

Streamline is so robust and really does more than we need, and gives us room to grow.

We save money on salary, can run the business from your phone if necessary and barely leaves a dent in our tech stack.

Easy access to customer support. Their investment in making sure you understand the troubleshooting process & their ongoing updates.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Not the most consistent processes for saving or editing different items make it a bit of a search sometimes to work in different areas of the software. Mobile version needs extreme updates, not functionable.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps our team manage 56+ properties remotely, organize work orders, finesse guest communication with editable documents, reporting & OTA management.

Too many ways to get to the same thing. Reports can be confusing.

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

Everything is very easy to find  For patients and troubleshoot if any problems occur -no more paper files and raving to fetch records from the medical records department.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Sometimes if you make a mistake it’s hard to undo- you have to delete the entire note and start over.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patient records, being able to see information immediately from the Dr’s, nurses, see next appointment dates, and being able to schedule future appointments so no overlaps occur. This has been especially helpful with Covid as many employees are working from home .

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

I like that it integrates directly with our website. The user interface is not the greatest, but it gets the job done. The training is also very intense and it is easy to forget because by the time you start using it, your training was weeks ago. But they have helpful articles and good customer support.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

Several of the representatives we have dealt with have been difficult or condescending. Some have been great, but others have made us think about switching programs all together. The user interface could also be updated to look more modern and be easier to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Streamline:**

If you are starting out in the vacation rental business, this is a great way to get your site integrated with your bookings.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps us coordinate all of our vacation rentals through our website, Airbnb, and more.

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

The integration with AirBnb and VRBO, etc. is awesome! It has increased our sales exponentially. 

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

The usability is rough. It's hard to find what you are looking for and there are too many words on each page. The housekeeping section is worthless if you're a big company and the apps don't work correctly. 

**Recommendations to others considering Streamline:**

Be aware that Streamline is still developing many features so they don't currently work properly yet. Setup is long and tedious if you have a lot of properties. 

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our vacation rental software. The main benefits are the ease of integration with outside sites like VRBO/AirBnb. It also has the ability to manage non-renting units which is another source of revenue for us.

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

That is still provided breadcrumbs, everything was easy to fine, and it rarely crashed.

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

It did not allow the users to comment on it; below the information. Also, it did not look 21st century. No pictures, emojis, icons, or anything.

**Recommendations to others considering Streamline:**

To be mindful that it does not have pictures nor is it beautiful but it gets the job done.

**What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing frontline to easily find policies and procedures and when the information is given to customers, to copy the breadcrumbs into their account.

**What do you like best about Streamline?**

Ease of use, no problems when scheduling and keeping track of things.  I like the calendar feature, it is easy to view and helps keep track of everything.  

**What do you dislike about Streamline?**

I can't really identify anything specific that I don't like.  Sometimes it can be slow but that could also be from the server and not the actual software.

I recommend.

Helps keep track of locations and scheduling.  I like the calendar feature.
